I should probably wait a couple weeks but honestly, I think there's no need. There is literally nothing about this phone that leads me to believe that it is not brand new. It is the exact specs. I ordered the base iPhone 15 512 GB. I spent over seven days straight, researching MacBooks and iPhones. I wanted the absolute best of both and decided with this iPhone and a MacBook M1 Pro. I decided to go with Back Market for the better deal on the laptop and to try out their customer service. (also exceptional by the way.) I was like a half inch away from going with the brand new M4 air, which is a beautiful sky blue color and was put on sale the day of my purchase for an additional $50 off making it 850 total which was pretty insane. I think thats a W purchase. Anyway, back to the review that's relevant: I feel like it was a pretty good deal. Honestly, I mean $700 on a phone is about double what I'm used to paying. But if you're reading this, yes I would make the purchase again because buying this phone brand new is closer to a grand. And what I received is a brand new phone there's no dirt in the speakers. There's no dirt or dust in the silent bar/switch. There's no scratches on the phone or even fingerprints. There's no dents on the outside steel part or even any scratches. The camera is pristine as well... There's no signs of this phone being used and I've only used it for two days now, but I'm having an optimal experience and I'm loving the Face ID. I had an SE three and I destroyed it so I had to use my broken SE two and this is such a welcome upgrade. I may decide to update this in a few weeks when I figure out how I'm liking the battery life, etc. but as of right now everything is top-tier! I'm tired and I don't know what else to say. It came in a bubble wrapped envelope shipped pretty safely and it gave me a cable that I'm pretty sure is from iPhone, but there is no brick for the cable just the USB-C to USB-C cable. Barebones packaging. Received device in great condition. Everything's working! Just a little dent and 2-3 minor scratches on the edges of the phone. No visible scratches on the screen and back panel. I got the battery on 88% which is acceptable. And most annoying thing because of this I am cutting 1 star is the volume buttons and mute slider. They are very mushy and sticky. They might have something red goo in it. Not tactile! needs serious cleaning or may be replacing. ... show more

Bought the phone for a upgrade from my 12 mini, and just needed more storage. Bought in Excellent condition, nothing bad, only problem is that it does have a small chip on the front camera. Nothing i would personally look at so it doesn't bother me. I went from a 64 gb to a 128 gb, i dont need much i only use it for pictures and apps. but the 64 was sadly too little and i got this. a wonderful purchase and i dont regret it! was a little confused on how to set it up but I got it! Would recommend if you want a newer phone but dont need anything too expensive. ... show more
