My iPhone 12 mini broke so I had to get the cheapest replacement. iPhone 15 is the first iPhone model that features USB type C charging which most of my other devices use, so I chose it (android is not an option because I am knee-deep into the iOS ecosystem). I bought the renewed pink version because I like pink and it also happens to be the cheapest. The phone was quickly delivered, I had some issue setting up because I couldn't turn on my original phone to transfer the cellular service, but a quick call to T-Mobile resolved the issue. Honestly, everyone reading this knows what an iPhone does so I will just highlight some high points: - USB type C charging is excellent because now I can finally get rid of my lightning cables and use USB type C in the house to charge most of my devices. Besides that, I also can wireless charge the phone, although that charging method is slower and warms up the phone. The battery life is excellent, can easily last beyond a day, longer than the iPhone 12 mini I had - it integrates well with my other Apple devices - airpod, apple watch, macbook. On my macbook, I can do screen mirroring which means that I can use my phone as a window directly on my computer, no need to switch between the 2 devices! - screen and camera qualities are all excellent Very happy to have this phone upgrade and I should enjoy it for years to come. ... show more

Shipping was on time, my phone is the prettiest pink as the color in the picture, the phone is of excellent quality, there were no extra steps to set up, there are no scratches, or cracks, and the phone works great!

    • Iphone is Locked.
Iphone is locked, not able to connect it with tmobile. Everything else was perfectly fine.

I was skeptical about buying a phone on Amazon. I bought the iPhone 15 & it was pristine, had a minor scratch on the bottom but overall 9/10. The screen is 0 scratched. I’ve been checking the function of the phone while using it and so far so good 👍

    • If it’s come in locked don’t panic
The phone came in good , it was no scratches the screen was pretty and clean the phone was locked. I had to go to Metro and get it unlocked. The battery came in one percent but it came in with the right charger as I’m using the phone, the phone had not freeze on me. It works very well touchscreen Face ID is perfect I love the size for me it a pretty size nice color I recommend. ... show more

Had an issue where it wouldn't work worth the PIN selected during setup or the old PIN. Had to factory reset and backup from icloud instead. Looks new, works great So far!

    • I got a bad apple
I’m a little upset because I purchased a refurbished-excellent phone, and I read reviews with most everyone that bought the excellent version. They received phones with 95%-100% battery capacity while I received an 88% capacity battery. Doesn’t that seem like “good” quality not excellent? I was hoping for at least in the 90% ranges. I’ve also noticed it already feeling warm with limited use and I really don’t want to replace two phone batteries. The phone itself looks fine which I don’t care about, except for minor scratches on the camera lenses which I do care about. Overall it’s disappointing. ... show more

I have had it for 2 weeks, no issues. I do think the battery should last longer, but maybe my expectations were too high. It works just the same as a new one.
