The phone is in perfect condition. I bought the excellent condition phone to upgrade from my old iPhone 11 and it’s a night and day difference. The phone doesn’t have a single scratch and runs smooth and fast. The battery health is at 100% and I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. I did have a little issue transferring from the physical SIM card in my iPhone 11 to the eSIM in this phone but that’s nothing to do with the phone and just my cell carrier. The media could not be loaded. I recently got my hands on a renewed iPhone 15, and I have to say, I’m extremely impressed! If you're considering upgrading but want to save some cash, a renewed iPhone is the way to go. Like-New Condition Right out of the box, the phone looked flawless—no scratches, dents, minimum signs of previous use. The screen was crystal clear, and the body was pristine. It honestly felt like opening a brand-new iPhone! The only issue was small scratches around the camera Lense, but this did not affect the cameras performance. Battery Health & Performance One of my biggest concerns was battery life, but Apple’s renewed devices guarantee at least 80% battery health, and mine came in at 94%, which is fantastic. Performance-wise, the A16 Bionic chip runs smoothly, with no lag, and apps open instantly. Camera & Display The 48MP main camera is a game-changer! Photos come out sharp, vibrant, and rich in detail, even in low light. The Super Retina XDR display is bright and stunning, making videos and games look incredible. I should probably wait a couple weeks but honestly, I think there's no need. There is literally nothing about this phone that leads me to believe that it is not brand new. It is the exact specs. I ordered the base iPhone 15 512 GB. I spent over seven days straight, researching MacBooks and iPhones. I wanted the absolute best of both and decided with this iPhone and a MacBook M1 Pro. I decided to go with Back Market for the better deal on the laptop and to try out their customer service. (also exceptional by the way.) I was like a half inch away from going with the brand new M4 air, which is a beautiful sky blue color and was put on sale the day of my purchase for an additional $50 off making it 850 total which was pretty insane. I think thats a W purchase. Anyway, back to the review that's relevant: I feel like it was a pretty good deal. Honestly, I mean $700 on a phone is about double what I'm used to paying. But if you're reading this, yes I would make the purchase again because buying this phone brand new is closer to a grand. And what I received is a brand new phone there's no dirt in the speakers. There's no dirt or dust in the silent bar/switch. There's no scratches on the phone or even fingerprints. There's no dents on the outside steel part or even any scratches. The camera is pristine as well... There's no signs of this phone being used and I've only used it for two days now, but I'm having an optimal experience and I'm loving the Face ID. I had an SE three and I destroyed it so I had to use my broken SE two and this is such a welcome upgrade. I may decide to update this in a few weeks when I figure out how I'm liking the battery life, etc. but as of right now everything is top-tier! I'm tired and I don't know what else to say. It came in a bubble wrapped envelope shipped pretty safely and it gave me a cable that I'm pretty sure is from iPhone, but there is no brick for the cable just the USB-C to USB-C cable. If you're considering this purchase, but wondering if the refurbished is not as good as the new... in my experience, I got a brand new phone. ... show more
