The media could not be loaded. After reading every single review on this item, I was super nervous and hesitant on purchasing it. It seemed like it was 50/50. Either you would get a perfect phone or get a phone with not so great battery health and/or cosmetic damage. I got lucky and received a perfect phone! I have never purchased a phone off of Amazon before but I’m so glad I did😁 I did not notice any cosmetic wear or damage on my phone. It comes with a charging cord but no wall plug for it. This phone is absolutely perfect! Amazon did not disappoint 😁 This phone looks and performs as if I got it brand new out of the store! I love it so much. I upgraded from the iPhone 10 to this phone (iPhone 14 pro max) and I’m absolutely in love with this phone! It seems lighter and bigger than the iPhone 10! Battery life is 100% which I’m super glad, that seemed to be a lot of concerns people had in their reviews. Phone was at 36% when I got it all set up but charged very quickly! Camera looked good, no scratches or damage to it from what I could see! The only con I guess would be the box was what appeared to be is all scratched up but it did not affect the phone at all. My purchase of iPhone 14 Pro Max, 1 TB First, the cons: - 87% battery health/capacity out of box, which is within their 80-100% specified range for a refurbished phone, but should not qualify as "excellent" condition. This phone has clearly been put through quite a few charging cycles. As soon as the battery capacity falls to 80%, the iOS will throttle down the performance to decrease power consumption. I will need to spend roughly $100 to get a new battery within the next year or so. - There is a minor scratch near the small screen-side camera, which does not seem to impact the photo quality but is easily visible from beyond the 12" distance that they claim you should not be able to see any damage from. - There was a bit of grimy residue around the base of the three main cameras; that area could have been cleaned better. - For the price paid for this phone, quality should be spec'd as "very good" overall rather than "excellent." - Very generic, uninspiring box it was packaged in. Says "Smartphone Device - Data Apps Web" and looks like a prank gift box for a white elephant gift exchange. Overall weak packaging and shipping mailer. The box should be iphone 14 pro max specific and a bit higher quality for the > $900 price tag. The pros: - Function has been perfect - Overall appearance, with exception of very small scratches on screen, is like-new - Fast shipping - Provided a wall charger and USB-C to Lightning power adapter - Price seems reasonable for what you get Conclusion: Worth the cost and overall happy with the quality of the phone. My only significant pain point is the 87% battery health I got with my phone. For the amount of money they're charging, I would recommend that they work in battery replacement for any phone below 95% battery health. A phone in "excellent" condition should have an almost-new if not brand new battery. ... show more

Came just as described the only thing I noticed were a couple minor problems a tiny scratch on the screen which is barely noticeable and some chipping on the side of the phone in the silver part but the case covers that up perfectly and the battery health is at 92%! Over all I’m happy with the performance of this phone! Would definitely recommend if you don’t feel like dropping 1,000 on a phone and just get one in excellent refurbished condition. I had first tried buying from Noble Planet Inc but they sold me an iPhone with a busted camera even though they said “like new”. Was weary about trying again from a different seller but so glad I did. Bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max (purple) with this seller ReNew Pros and it is in “Excellent” condition, just as advertised. No scratches and only a single fingerprint that easily came off. Apple self-diagnostics tool gave 100% green checkmarks across the board. Phone came with a new 20w charger and lightning cord. Also came with a SIM card removal poker thingy even though iPhone 14 uses eSIM only. VERY pleased with my purchase. Like buying brand new. Took about 7 days to reach me TX to WA. If you are reading this, you are probably in the market for an iPhone (like i was), and just want to verify 1) the price; and 2) the quality of these used 3rd party iPhones. So let's take a look at my decision process: Why the 14 Pro Max? - 14: I always buy one generation behind because it is usually at a 40+% discount, and the 14 is very similar to the 15 in terms of aesthetic and performance. 13 lags a little in these two categories and isn't at a proportional discount, so the 14 pro makes perfect sense. - Pro: offers everything the base models offer and so much more. Camera, performance, battery... everything is better with the Pro - Pro Max: costs ~70-100$ more than the base depending on the market. Only recommend if you want the larger screen/battery. My experience: Bought from a 3rd party seller. My phone came with very minor scratches along the edges that take my entire focus to notice. Battery health was at 98%. Phone runs perfectly otherwise. If I am unsatisfied for any reason, Amazon allows returns within 90 days no questions asked. There is essentially no risk buying Amazon renewed and even if you are worried, renewed premium at +50-80$ more will give you a 1 year warranty. I highly recommend! ... show more
