The tape is sticky and works great for temporary use in the shop when I need to have a few pieces stuck together so I can cut, trim and sand all the pieces at the same time. Separating the stuck pieces and removing is relatively easy since it is so thick. It does not rip or tear very easily. I did leave one set together for a few hours and it was really stuck together. But once you pull them apart and pull off or even try and reposition the tape it is done. I would prefer a tape that was a bit thinner. ... show more

Tape has a very strong hold on both sides and has not left residue on surfaces. Will work well for keeping things in place on horizontal surfaces. I was hoping to use this for some light wall hanging applications, but unfortunately, it is not strong enough for that.
