This phone was a last resort. I had a completely failed experience with another seller’s IPhone 11, and to be honest, I was extremely nervous when ordering this one. The reviews had been 50/50, so I had very little clue what I was going to get. The package arrived a day early, which was nice and unexpected. My phone was put into what seemed like a generic Android phone box, which, I’ll let you know damn near gave me a heart attack when I opened. Inside were a few things. An Amazon renewed card and one other thing I can’t remember- as well as the phone (obviously) and a charger and charging brick. Charger and charging brick are standard but the cable feels pretty nice and the brick is a good size. Standard plastic holder inside. Nothing more, nothing less. No complaints. For the actual phone, it was inside of a plastic zip bag. The bag itself was scratched up so it was difficult to see the phone inside until i took it out. The first thing I did when I took it out was inspect it for damage. I was completely ready to pack it back up and send it back- but I was pleasantly surprised. The phone had very little cosmetic damage, just some scratches on the frame (my case covers it anyways, so it doesn’t matter to me) and literally no screen damage- besides a little scratch on the upper right corner near the bezel. And you have to remember these phones are used, so I didn’t feel a need to dock a star for that, since you can only see the scratch when the screen is off and light is being reflected onto it. Overall, 9.5/10 for cosmetics. Then, the battery. My particular phone came with 80% battery health, which I personally don’t mind. I have the means to be able to get it replaced when the time comes, and to be honest was a relief after my last IPhone 11 from another seller had 100% battery health, just for it to be a non-Apple battery and cause all sorts of problems. Overall, I have no complaints with this phone. It’s in great condition in my book. Mic, speakers, cameras, haptics, everything (as far as I’ve been using it) has been in perfect order. Based on other reviews, whatever phone you get from this seller honestly depends on luck. It’s trivial, and that should never be the case, but if you can, I’d say take the risk. I only buy like new/excellent products. The iPhone 11 Pro 256GB I received from Woot supplier is rated excellent and is truly like new, just what I wanted. It is perfect in every way, like new physically. Electronically, everything I have checked works perfectly so far! This phone replaces the iPhone 11 Pro with only 64 GB, I have had for 2.5 years. It has no issues other than it's memory is getting full and the battery is getting low. Why stay with a 6 year old iPhone11 Pro? I have been satisfied with it and the cost factor is another reason to stay with this old phone. It still accepts Apple updates unlike the iPhone 8 I moved up from in 2022. The 11 Pro is a real good size to hold in my large hand and fingers, not to small with a small keyboard or to large like a small iPad that doesn't fit in your pocket. Update: May 23,2023 I received the device in mid-November 2022 and by mid-May 2023, the device no longer works. During a phone call, my phone randomly reset and has not turned back on since. It is stuck on a reset loop. I have tried hard-resetting, letting the battery drain and charge back up, and upgrading the software through a computer, but nothing has worked. Buyer be cautious! The device may work during the 90 days you have eligible for return, but beyond the 3 months the seller and Amazon will not refund or replace the device. Do not purchase if you want a reliable and fully functional device with a warranty. -------------------------------------- April 24, 2023 5 MONTH REVIEW: At first glance this was a good deal on an affordable refurbished iPhone 11 Pro. The device I received arrived in good packaging and no visible wear marks on the phone. Unfortunately, it quickly began to decline as far as the internal quality. The begin, the battery arrived at 85% max capacity, which is a measure of the battery capacity relative to when it was new. About 2 weeks into having the device, I noticed my phone wasn’t retaining charge like my previous iPhone 11 Pro. I decided to disregard the issue as I believed it was just one small issue. About a month in, I began to have glitches in my device such as my screen freezing, my touch screen response being very delayed, and even audio issues. I would be on a phone call and people would say they couldn't hear me. This issue would persist until I reset my device. My phone also began to reset on its own. These issues occurred very little at first but now 5 months in they happen too often and it is frustrating to deal with. I sometimes have to force reset my device, which is really inconvenient when I’m on a call or relying on GPS. I’m only 5 months into owning the device and to add on to my list: I am now having issues with my front facing camera. I am getting an error saying my TrueDepth camera is having issues, and because of these issues I am unable to use the Face ID feature to unlock my phone or to log into certain apps. I have a quality case on my device, it has not been abused/dropped/exposed to harsh temperatures-just normal basic use. I use an official Apple charger and I’m far from meeting storage capacity. The phone itself looks new, but I was sold a faulty phone. THINK TWICE about purchasing!!! The phone may look like it is good but the quality quickly declines. I just received my iPhone 11 pro and here is my thoughts. First the good. Battery health is at 94%. Even though it’s not a certified Apple battery, it works very well and I get 5-8 hours of battery life. I am currently running IOS 26 public beta 5. And it works way better than I was expecting. The camera quality is outstanding and records in 4K 60 fps and looks professional. The brightness is amazing and is great for the outdoors. The price of the phone is super affordable and is great for a first cell phone. Overall this phone is super Now for the cons. I received my phone with a very deep scratch on the screen. The phones condition i would think would be good condition instead of excellent condition. The speaker had a lot of dirt in it. I did manage to clean it out and it’s very high quality. Final thoughts: If you are looking for a budget friendly phone that has a good camera, good battery life. And looks super cool. This phone is for you.
