First of all, I would like to state that I ordered my phone on Wednesday night and I was told it will come on Saturday. It came the NEXT DAY on Thursday! Not to mention the phone worked perfectly and I was able to active my T-Mobile eSIM from my Samsung s24. The phone is in near perfect condition! I thought I was tripping when I saw how clean the phone looked and feel. And the battery health? 90% and it has last me the whole day so far! Even if it doesn’t for whatever reason, I already have a power bank so it’s no big deal. Just had to update to the latest software and buy a case and screen protector but the phone works great! 10/10!

I was very skeptical to order a refurbished phone on Amazon because I have never ordered outside of my mobile provider before and I saw NIGHTMARE reviews on Walmart’s website for refurbished phones of folks saying they ordered a phone just to find out it had been stolen. But I said okay Amazon is really good with returns god forbid it ends up being messed up or stolen. Nope! Super good quality phone and I got it 12 hours earlier than amazon said I would. Def a great option if you don’t need the absolute newest unused phone but need to upgrade. Got 1 TB IPhone 14 Pro in excellent condition and battery came at 85% capacity and it was unscathed and undamaged. Recommend.

TL;DR. I got the iPhone 14 Pro gold 256 gb and it’s working decently! Sorted through the seller list and I think I picked a great one to buy from. Happy with this purchase. Seller Selection: Need to switch to a new phone since my old one has already stopped updating iOS. I was afraid of getting scammed based on some of the reviews, so I sorted through the sellers list and looked through all of their ratings. I went for a slightly more expensive buy from a seller with a better review overall (actually read the reviews and don’t believe the %positive stuff from Amazon, Amazon marks some of the reviews as “Amazon’s fault” and thus do not count them into the overall seller rating, however sometimes the reviews they crossed out are really, the seller’s product problem, which makes the review system kinda sketchy and suspicious.) I got mine from the seller “The Cell Whiz 2” (it has just an average % positive review rate, but I notice that most of the problems associated with it are minor and the seller looks very responsive to the reviews, so I picked it) and, I’m happy with it so far. In fact, I’m writing my review on this phone right now! The phone: It came in a cardboard box with a charger, both wrapped in a little plastic bag. The packaging doesn’t have any foam or other kinds of protection, so I was a bit worried upon receiving it. Fortunately, nothing cracked or seemed broken. The phone itself is so spotless I was afraid of getting my grimy fingers on it! I inspected all over the phone and only found a tiny chipped paint scratch on the frame of one of the camera lens. Honestly, no one would even find out about it. And you can’t even see it after you put a lens protection glass on. Setting up the phone was no issue, I transferred from my physical SIM to an eSIM successfully (though I was a bit nervous during the wait and when I had to click on install cellular again). Apple transferred all my data from my previous iPhone to this one very smoothly. It’s exactly like my old phone, except on a newer model. The battery capacity it came with is 89%. It’s not THE BEST, but it’s really good. I can still use it for a while before I need to change it. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and hopefully everyone who’s reading this review can get a phone they like <3

Phone came in a timely manner and came as described. The phone was good overall. Some small marks on the screen that are barely noticeable with a screen protector. I wish the battery was a little better. It’s at 87% and he guarantees at least 85%. I would’ve been completely happy if the battery was around 92 or 93%, but you get what you get.

Phone came in decent physical condition except for a scratch on the ultra wide lens that affects photos - one of the main reasons I bought a 14pro was for the cameras - purchased excellent condition so there shouldn't have been any scratches Battery health 97% which is good but it's weak battery charge percentage drops even if its doing nothing apparently that's a 14pro problem Compared to other reviews it could have been worse but for $600 + it could have been better - thinking of getting a 13pro bc the battery life are said to be the best and same camera quality as 14pro - almost scared to return this tho bc they have so many reviews of delaying & denying refunds
