We were in need of new phones but not wanting to pay “new” pricing. So we decided to try Amazon’s “Refurbished” program. We were worried about what we would end up with, but the whole experience has been amazing! We went from 2020 iPhone SE to iPhone 14Plus. Be sure to check seller reviews and watch for Amazons levels of Refurbished. These were described as “Excellent” and honestly should have been “Exceptional” as the only thing we could find an issue was the Battery Life. They showed 88/89 percent (we purchased 2). We couldn’t find any scratches, dents, marks. The transfer of data was super easy, because well it’s iPhone. Getting the new phone service hooked up with Verizon was also super easy. We would highly recommend purchasing refurbished from Amazon. Just do the research on finding a good seller with great reviews and making sure the level of Amazons Refurbished program. ... show more

    • Balance due on phone from other user
The phone can't get activated due to a balance due on phone. Why I guess you should never buy a used phone. Not good business passing a bill to purchaser. Refund immediately
