I ordered on June 2nd 2025 and I received my package on June 6th. I was worried after seeing other reviews however this phone met my expectations. Ordered Excellent Condition. It came spotless in its lovely purple color with generic charging brick and cable. Screen was perfect, came with a TINYY ding on the side but I promise it is not noticeable. It came unlocked as promised with 88% battery health which is not bad considering the phone came out almost two years ago. Seamless transmission from one device to another (iPhone XR to IPhone 14 Pro) It Feels sturdy and durable and was worth the money which at the time of purchase was ($508.32 USD).Also the seller at the time was Woot (owned by Amazon). I bought the phone in excellent condition, (which was a high cost) but when I received it the battery status was at 83% and when I charge the phone it gets very hot.

With refurbished I thought it would come with an aftermarket screen and perhaps an aftermarket battery and maybe have minor scuffs. My phone arrived in a generic white box with aftermarket charger but the phone itself was in MINT condition. I could not find a single scratch or scuff. It was perfect physically. Battery health was at 88%, that was the only indication that I could tell it had been used. You can check if it had repairs done to it by going into Settings > General > About and if there is an option that shows “parts & services” then you know it was worked on and you can further see if the parts serviced are genuine when you click on it. When I checked that option was not showing so that means it didn’t have any replacements or services done to it. That should not be the expectation when buying refurbished so I consider myself quite lucky and I am very happy with this purchase. ... show more

    • Battery health dropped 4% in under 3 weeks of use with 5 hour screen time

Phone came in great condition but the biggest concern was the battery health it came at 95%. I received mine about 2-3 weeks ago and the battery health is already down 4% from average use. If I had to guess the battery was replaced before being set to be resold and they used a very cheap battery unfortunately. I will most likely have to get it replaced in the next year at the rate it’s dropping. Instead of this being around 550 it’s basically 700 almost considering the future battery replacement ruining the value of the purchase.
