What I do like the phone is what is working. It has intermittent issues not ringing or sharing the text tone regardless what tone it is these two items work intermittently as well as there’s times when I’m not able to hear the other person on the other side of the phone, they can hear me it ends in hanging up the phone or the other person disconnecting. Sadly, Amazon Customer Service are not taught that some items that they sell in Amazon come with a one year return policy. It ended up being that customer Service says no you need to go through Apple and have them warranty whatever is wrong with your phone and of course Apple says no it has no extended warranty and it’s a refurbished phone. You need to contact Amazon between Apple and Amazon and I’m stuck in the middle. ... show more

This renewed phone appears to have come straight out of new old stock! Not one scratch or mark on it. Checking the battery health shows 100% capacity. Really nice. Expensive but still a few hundred less than new and has one year Amazon warranty. I bought one days before from another vendor and the bezel was heavily scratched up and I found a bad battery causing shutdown about every three minutes. Amazon kindly let me do a free return so I gave another shot with a different Amazon Renewed vendor. It was the Lord looking out for me for sure. This new phone also came in a really nice form fitted box and included the complete charger. The other didn’t and came in a tiny generic box. I am happy as could be and the phone is fast and brilliant. Can’t say all of the phones are like this but I will get one again from this vendor ... show more
