So it’s been 2 weeks, maybe a little more since I ordered this phone & it’s been great. Clean, no scratches, everything functions as a iPhone should. & for the phone to be 3-4 years old the battery life is great. It was on 83% capacity & the battery life has been great on it. If I use my phone steady thru the day I typically only charge it one time. It was quick & easy to switch over everything from my old iPhone to the new one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (So far) I was pretty wary at first about buying this refurbished iPhone, especially since the seller [2ndPhoneClub] had around 14% 1-star reviews. But after actually receiving it, I’m honestly impressed. I ordered an iPhone 14 Plus in Excellent condition, and it arrived meeting — and even exceeding — what I needed. I’m switching from a Samsung Galaxy A15 (Android) to iPhone. I am also a VTuber, so having an iPhone for good face tracking was important to me, and this is a big upgrade from webcam tracking. In addition to VTubing, I plan to use this phone for normal everyday use. So far, general usage like navigating the UI, installing apps, media playback, and overall performance has been smooth and reliable. I haven’t made calls or sent texts yet, but everything else has worked as expected. The iOS UI was easy to learn, and getting used to it didn’t take long. Cosmetically, the phone is in great shape. There is a very small scratch near the camera, but it’s barely noticeable unless you look closely. The rims have a little wear, and there are a few small white spots near the ports, but nothing that affects use. Overall, I’d say it feels almost like new. The speakers are solid and much better than the phone I previously used for recording. Battery health is at 100%, which was a huge plus, and everything appears fully functional. It seems like the phone was tested before being shipped. I highly recommend getting a protective case, especially because of the glass back. I haven’t tested durability yet, but so far everything feels sturdy. These thoughts are based on my first 2–3 days of use, and I plan to update this review over time to help future buyers. So far, I’m very happy with this purchase. Oh and brightness Was pretty good! the colors on some colors like sun sets in games and stuff pop!

I was honestly nervous buying an iPhone from Amazon because I saw reviews about people receiving cracked or damaged phones. Mine came looking brand new with no scratches or cracks. I’ve had it for 6 months now and it’s been working great. It occasionally freezes or has a small glitch, but that’s rare and usually happens when I’ve been using it heavily. It can also get warm if you use it heavily for hours without a break, especially if it’s covered by something like a blanket, but I haven’t had any serious overheating issues. It’s really not heavy, especially compared to the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Overall, I’m really satisfied with it and would recommend it.

First off, I never write reviews, but after my recent experiences I thought this might help some others. Needed to replace an aging IPhone which was still working great, but a lot of apps needing newer IOS. So, not looking for the lastest/greatest, just a good update. Decided IPh 14+ was a good option. Here were my first 3 strikes : 1) I purchased an “Excellent” OPEN BOX phone from Best Buy. It came in a box sealed with Geek Squad tape. When opened, the phone had tons of fingerprints all over it, front and back; not a great first impression. After going through the startup process I was greeted with a screen that informed me that the phone had remote management software installed on it. Basically unusable. 2) I returned it and they replaced it with another “Excellent” OPEN BOX. Same thing – both phones had been previously owned by some company (now out of business) who had loaded remote management software on the phones. So… these are expensive, unusable bricks, and shame on BB/Geek Squad for selling these phones to the public. 3) After that experience I decided to give Amazon a try and bought a phone supplied by WOOT, as I have had good experiences with other Woot purchases. The phone arrived in a beat up generic box with the inside packaging worse than the outside. On the positive side, the phone was cosmetically very good with no obvious scratches, etc. So, everything looked good until I checked the battery health. 81%. NOT GOOD. Yes, it meets the described spec of >80% for their “Excellent” condition, but will going to be into the Apple service condition in a couple of weeks. Returned to Amazon/Woot and waiting for refund. After reading a ton of reviews I decided to give it one more shot and get a “Premium” condition directly from Amazon.com. Most of the reviews of these phones were much better than all of the other vendors. They are definitely more expensive but come with a 365 day warranty vs 90 day and spec at >90% battery life. Phone arrived today. It was VERY nicely packaged in a SEALED shrink wrapped professional looking box. Opened the box and found a phone with what appeared to be the original Apple protective film still in place on the front and back. Battery was dead so after a quick charge I was able to check battery health…… 100% and 0 charge cycles. Basically this is a brand NEW, NEVER USED phone. I can’t say how impressed I was after three bad experiences. I saved a couple $hundred compared to BB or Apple and got a brand new phone ….. It’s all about the journey !!!

The phone came packaged with a charger and a charging box. It is almost like a breand new phone straight from apple, the battery health is 85% and that is quite good from what I have received from another company. The phone works amazingly but I realise that I wasn't able to switch over my esim untill I was logged in and the phone was updated to the latest version of iOS. The screen is almost spotless and though there was a white glue like consistency on the top of my phone, and I can tell that it wasn't cleaned in certain areas like my notification switch, which made it Hart to use, once I cleaned it it was like new 9.6/10 I would deffinetly recommend..

Got iPhone 24 plus. Overall condition was good minor scratches on outside for frame. Battery life was at 77%. And phone was getting hot on transferring old phone to this phone. Charging from 20% after 2 hours has only gotten to 50% . Looked at having to replacing the battery at 99. 00 dollars to get new apple battery. Spent 360.00 for phone now I am looking to spend more for a new battery. Checked to see if it had a lien or was stolen. Both came back without issues. Just battery and over heating issues. Just know you may if have to spend more to get the iPhone working properly. I would have had more scratches not to have to deal with over heating and battery issues. You be the judge.

This was said to be Excellent (New) although refurbished I knew it wouldn’t be a “new” phone. What I didn’t like is that described and rated as it was, the battery health should have been at least over 80%. It was only 76%. Guess I will be replacing the battery sooner than expected. Other than that, its condition is excellent in my opinion. No dents or scratches. Faint visual where mag ring was on back but looks like it might polish off. If not, it’s not that visible. The larger size of the plus makes it better on my eyes and large arthritic hands. All in all, a good replacement for my old Xs iphone. I would recommend.
