I was skeptical because it was renewed premium but when I received it I was shocked because it looked really good almost new just without the original packaging which is not an issue but yeah really worth the money and would recommend it if you have a phone that needs to be replaced since the reason for me to buy it was because I needed more battery since I use it more but thankfully mine came with 100 percent battery life which is good ... show more

This is the second renewed phone I have bought on Amazon. This phone works well but I am disappointed because I paid extra for Amazon Premium Renewed and for some reason any screen protector I have put on does not sit correctly and I have tried three different ones. I have also washed the screen with an alcohol prep pad. It always has the exact same pattern that doesn’t adhere. I find this incredibly frustrating. I changed my review to one star because when I try to charge my phone it says water was detected. My phone did not get wet. It is so frustrating! I will never buy another renewed phone ... show more

Was unsure about buying a used phone, but overall it is a good phone. Battery seems good, condition was excellent. It does look like the screen was replaced, it seems to have some distortion around the edges, so not perfect. Probably does not have the same water resistance as a new phone. Not sure I would buy used again, but did save $300 compared to new. I think that the phone was as advertised. ... show more

    • Lightning has very little support for accessories.
The 60hz screen and lack of available lightning accessories makes this a sad purchase. while it’s still a nice phone The cost is hard to justify. Dear APPLE..No 120hz your greed is insatiable. $$ No headphone jack.? Hmm, Bluetooth headphones sell better without that..$$ We’re just going to give you the dongle. 🤔 Lightning making other cables not work unless$$$? Looks like there will NEVER be enough money for you. Greed is your middle name. I will say you make high quality stuff the 14 plus like your other products are among the best.! It just seems like the more money you make the lower you’ll stoop for just a little more. I want to be proud of your success being that you are American company. But shame is closer to the truth.
