I’m a perfectionist and I literally analyze my phones to the very smallest detail, so a scratch would really bother me, or fix the entire screen for the most minimal surface scratch. I got the purple one with 512gb and it came out to less than $750, at apple, that exact same model comes out to over $1100. Ordered the iPhone 14 plus (renewed premium), arrived today and didn’t work. It kept shutting off while trying to setup the phone. I’m in the process of returning it now. They don’t give you an option to drop it off at the UPS store like all of the other returns. I have to now have them pick it up from my job because I’m sure they’ll be here to pick up while I’m at work and they require an adult to be there at the time of pick up. ... show more

I was very excited to get this until I tried to put my Sim card in from my old phone and it doesn’t work like that with the new phones it only accepts the Sim cards. Very disappointed. I think something should have been in the description when I was looking to buy the phone.
