Not worth the money. I received the phone today and it is very worn on the sides. The biggest issue is there is a huge deep scratch across the camera. It's sold as "looks like new, 90% battery life" for $760. Not worth the purchase when the same phone is going brand new on Ebay for just under $889 and Best buy new for $829.99 ($779 black friday). This is the second renewed phone I have bought on Amazon. This phone works well but I am disappointed because I paid extra for Amazon Premium Renewed and for some reason any screen protector I have put on does not sit correctly and I have tried three different ones. I have also washed the screen with an alcohol prep pad. It always has the exact same pattern that doesn’t adhere. I find this incredibly frustrating. I changed my review to one star because when I try to charge my phone it says water was detected. My phone did not get wet. It is so frustrating! I will never buy another renewed phone ... show more

This iPhone is very slow with downloading, the screen constantly freezes, I can’t get good reception, and it’s not because of my phone carrier because I have switched carriers twice. Getting ready to trade it in, I have purchased refurbished iPhones in the past and have always had good luck, but not with this. Phone came like new with no dings or scratches. When I attempted to connect phone to carrier, it was locked. The previous owner did not pay off the phone service and was unable to get unlocked unless previous balance was paid. WHAT A PAIN!

It came in PERFECT condition. Until 2 weeks later the camera & flashlight randomly stopped working. I asked if I could get an exchange and was told; Once they received my phone, they would let me know IF they have another in stock OR They could give me a $25 refund to go to a local iPhone repair store. Apple usually charges $169 to fix cameras…. save your phone & just go to apple. ... show more

The phone showed up quickly but when I took it out of the box the screen wouldn't register when I clicked a button. It read the button out loud to me but wouldn't select it. I couldn't even get through to the settings or shut the phone down. Total waste and then my return option was only to have UPS pickup in 3 days and wait for the refund on my card in a week but I have to buy a new one while I wait. ... show more
