I purchased a black iPhone 14 plus. It came in pretty much perfect condition. One tiny chip on the top corner screen but I’m ok with it because this thing is perfect other than that. Once my screen protector comes you won’t see it. Came from an iPhone 11. Really like this so far.

I love my iPhone. Had to switch from android to a iPhone to fly my drone. I wasn’t a big fan of iPhones but I really enjoyed this purchase. It’s worth the price!

    • Presently Surprised - Battery Health at 100%
The phone looks brand new. It has a few very tiny silver spots on the black metal but the glass, speakers, camera, etc look untouched. The battery health is at 100%. The only negative is the packaging. It looked used and rough. The screen protector had gunk on the sticky side/screen but it did wipe off. This was a gift so that was a little disappointing. I had an issue auto-connecting the iPhone to Verizon’s cell service because this phone has an eSIM and the old phone had a physical one. However, Verizon was able to activate the eSIM when I called them. ... show more

    • Device Arrived Defective
The phone arrived defective. I guess since it is Renewed they missed that the phone automatically goes into Voice Over after so many hours. I guess the phone was a return due to defect and they missed it. I wasted my time getting phone service, installing new apps, setting as new default device for websites, and so on. I called Amazon Tech suppport, and they dont have tech support for the Iphone 14 yet, just the older models. Then buying bubble wrap to ship products back, and now waiting for product to arrive back at Amazon for my refund. This was one big long chore because I was sold something that probably was returned and sold in bulk to a reseller that missed the glitch in the device. This was a major inconvenience. ... show more
