I am extremely happy with performance. This is second time I've bought a refurbished phone through amazon. It was used in 'excellent' condition. Came with screen protector on it already. As I had hoped - its dark dark blue. It did have a few tiny scratches on screen under protector, but not upset. It looks as pictures, love the colors. It was very easy to switch from old phone to this, I love the features it has compared to the 7 plus I had before. Tiny bit smaller than the 7 plus, erfect size for me. It is very durable, especially with good case/protection acessories. I haven't had any severe problems - and I USE my phone. Like am on it 8-14 hours a day. Have done MANY overnight calls with friends. It ocassionally slightly overheats but I noticed only when bluetooth is on, plugged in, on only while on amazon app. I am very pleased. I wanted a phone that would last me 5 ish years, seems like this will do. Definitely a very good upgrade from what I had. would add photos but kinda hard to take photos of it since I would be using the phone to do so. The camera quality is very good. Fits my photographer needs. It is always a risk buying phones like these, but I did exstensive looking/research. It was truly unlocked - work with my phone comapny (att.t). I definitely love my Apple iPhone 13 I bought it due to the fact that one of my family members accidentally bought me a charging lightning cable and I decided I needed a new phone so I switched from my Android to an Apple iPhone 13 since it was much cheaper than a new iPhone at the time. I even selected an acceptable condition and when it came to me it came neatly wrapped with an extra charging cable and the phone has never been better. It has great camera quality it's processors still run smoothly it looks so wonderful with a clear case that shines the green color and everything runs smoothly with no hassle I by far love Apple in this products never had an Apple iPhone before in my the Apple iPhone 13 as well ... show more

Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. This phone is the best, cheap, super-fast shipping, amazing quality for being refurbished. I got it delivered and it was already pre-charged at 80% with an 87% battery capacity. Solid for a refurbished phone. I was skeptical at first when reading bad reviews on the phone, but when it got here nothing bad happened. There are the occasional scratches but nothing to complain about. It also came preinstalled with a screen protector and it has 0 scratches on it. Along with insane speakers. If you're thinking about making the purchase, DO IT. Got this phone for my daughter who has been using the 11 for a while now. Phone came in great condition (only a couple very hard to see scratches) I gave 4 stars because the only thing I didn't like about buying the "excellent" quality version was the battery came at 86% capacity. YEEES GOD. I absolutely love this phone. It came with a screen protector that I’ve kept on since I got it and it works wonderfully. The phone is in perfect condition it’s really great quality. I’ve had no issues at all. It was super easy to set up as well. The battery also works very well.

I upgraded from my iPhone 12 and got this IPhone 13 which was in great condition when I got it, had to clean it a bit and battery health could be better though! Overall this is my favorite phone ever now, I am so happy with it. Worth the upgrade for the price I paid, a pleasant phone indeed.
