DON'T BUY A REFURBISHED PHONE FROM THIS SELLER! This 12 mini iphone worked for a couple months past the 90 day return window, then the battery died. I got that replaced, and a week later the whole phone died and we lost everything on it. I'm taking it to the Apple store to try to get my data off of it, but I don't trust it anymore even if they can get it to start again. ... show more

    • Great Little Phone with a Fantastic Camera, But Battery Life Drains a Little Too Fast
I've had my Apple iPhone 12 mini in the beautiful mint green color, and overall, it's been a great little phone. The camera has been consistently good, capturing clear and vibrant photos and videos, which I really appreciate. From the moment I got it, there were no visible defects. It felt and looked premium. I also absolutely loved the size of this phone; it's so comfortable to hold and use with one hand, fitting easily into any pocket. Plus, it came with plenty of storage, so I've never had to worry about running out of space for my apps and photos. My main frustration, however, is that the battery seems to run out very quickly, especially since I first got it. It struggles to last a full day with moderate use, and I often find myself needing to charge it much sooner than I'd like. This has become a noticeable issue over time. Despite the battery life, the compact design, excellent camera, and ample storage still make it a solid choice. It's a fantastic phone if you prioritize a smaller form factor, but be prepared to keep a charger handy. Works exactly as I needed it to. I bought the iPhone 12 mini, green, 256gb, excellent. I got a white one and not green as ordered. The phone looks new and has zero evidence of prior use. 100% blemish free. It came with an original charger cord and power adapter, along with a SIM pin to open it. It arrived in a white phone box as if new. The battery has 86% capacity and shows 100% fully charged. I am not especially pleased about getting a white phone when I ordered green but since everything else is so perfect I wont complain. If I sent it back just over the color I risk getting something not as good. I did order the phone in which the seller was Amazon and also shipped by Amazon. ... show more

Phone overall works well and I love the size of the mini, but the product came with a degraded battery. I would’ve thought a new battery would’ve already been installed in a refurbished device. I find myself charging multiple times per day.

    • No fingerprint feature
Although this I-phone doesn't use the fingerprint to lock and unlock, the facial recognition is nice but it sometimes unlocks when I prefer it doesn't unlock, nor does it have the center button. There is a bar that appears at the bottom of the screen that does what the button used to do. To view which windows are open, just hold the bar and drag the window to the center of the screen and all open windows are visible. To close unwanted windows (which will also log you off an open account like a bank account), slide the screen up until it disappears. Lots of nice features that come with the phone and the camera takes much better pictures than my much older I-phone 5. Battery life lasts SOO much longer, too. I also appreciate the slightly larger screen, and the phone isn't much bigger than the i-phone 5. I love my new (refurbished) phone! It works great!! ... show more
