Who's expecting good condition but was so surprised that the phone was actually in like really really good condition like I would even call it excellent. Now yes the battery is at 83%, but it doesn't bother me because if you go to an Apple store it would cost around like $90 that's no biggie at all. Like the size a lot. Phone has a couple of scrapes on frame but screen and back are new looking. Price was very reasonable, recommend used phones to save a lot of money.

The iPhone 12 mini arrived a day earlier , which I was surprised about. It came in excellent condition. Their were no scratches on the front and back. Also, the camera and sound works pretty good as well. Overall I am satisfied with my order.

I decided to get this phone is acceptable condition, and was not disappointed. The phone battery health came in at 85%. I was impressed to see the cameras, speakers, and charging ports were all in great working order. The phone itself was well packaged and included a charger, and charging brick. Only thing I didn’t like about it was a few scratches on the edges which is no biggie to me personally but the low battery health of 77 (anything be more 80 is deemed as too low) and the bottom right speaker not working at all,only the top speaker.

About 2 weeks ago I ordered a 12 mini and after receiving it i was disappointed to find that the product wasn't working in a fully functioning order. The audio wasn't playing from the bottom speaker. After addressing the situation i reached out to the company for a exchange for a functioning phone. About 24hrs later they responded saying they would give me an exchange free of charge. Im extremely impressed considering i didn't have to pay a dime to send the broken phone back. And the best part is that the replacement came in better condition on the outside.
