It arrived right on time, and when I unboxed it, I noticed only minimal scratches on the chassis and a slight scuff on the bottom right—nothing major, especially since I use a case. The screen is in near-perfect condition with little to no visible scratches and no cracks. Plus, it's the original screen. The battery came at 79%, which isn’t ideal, but it easily lasts me a full day or more, so I have no complaints. If you're unsure about the color, I highly recommend the blue—it looks fantastic! The cameras are also impressive, especially in low light. The package included a working power cord, though the power brick didn’t function, but that’s not a big deal since I have extras. I purchased this refurbished iPhone 12—overall, it's a great product. The front and back are nearly spotless, with only a few minor, acceptable scratches on the sides. The battery health is at 98%, which is very reasonable for the price.

The media could not be loaded. I am very pleased with this product. The face recognition is super fast and the battery life in the renewed premium iPhone 12 that I ordered is at 100% which was surprising. I am 100% satisfied with this phone and everything is exactly as if it were new with the exception of the top right of my screen. It had a 1in gouge surrounded by several scratches surrounding it right out of the box. I was really bummed but once I put a tempered glass protector on it I couldn’t notice it even a little. I contacted the company and they offered a refund/return or $20 refund for the trouble and keep the phone. I took the money and kept the phone because, again other than that the phone is flawless and it won’t effect my usage of it. I took off the one star because of the scratch but would almost give it the full 5 because of how well the phone has worked for me and because of the company’s willingness to work with me. ... show more

As I was reading these reviews I saw some critical reviews … I can only relate my experience … I have purchased 3 renewed premium phones from Amazon … the first was my daughters o phone xr that after 21/2 years an about a million drops it finally broke … just bought her an I phone 12 … bought my wife an I phone 12 1 1/2 years ago and it works perfectly … every phone was flawless front and back … 2 of them had 100% battery life and 1 had 95 … I would not buy a refurbished phone from any place else ... show more

The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THE PHONE IS A SCAM. I bought this phone for my daughter and it is not functional. The phone can't stay on long enough to pass the set up stage. Literally every 1 minute of using the phone it restarts. The phone also overheats. DO NOT BUY.
