I understand that these are used phones so each one's life journey will be different, but the phone I got had one very slight scratch on the corner of the screen and beyond that looked new. When I install a screen protector, you can't see the scratch at all. The phone's battery health was at 98% when I received it. I charge it at night and it's generally still above 20% when I plug it in at bet time. This is the second IPhone 15 pro max renewed I have bought from Adopt-A-Phone seller, and they are by far the best. They always respond immediately to any messages and have provided me two 100% pristine phones now with no flaws or issues and 100% battery health. I highly recommend making sure you buy directly from them as a seller on the listing not just from amazon.com, or another seller. Both of my devices are literally mint, the first one was still factory sealed in the apple manufacturing packaging as well. The second one was repackaged but came with a glass screen protector and charger cord/block as well as a free popsocket. The phone has very minimal imperfections, so you have to take a light at it actually to see anything. I recently purchased this phone, and it arrived in absolutely flawless condition. The battery cycle count was impressively low at just 2, indicating minimal use. However, I found it quite puzzling that my app indicated it was ineligible for trade-in, which seemed rather suspicious.
