I received the product quickly and at first I was extremely upset because the screen was cracked… or at least I thought.. after closer inspection I found there was a screen protector on the phone .. after simply removing the screen protector and replacing it, the phone is in magnificent condition and I love it.. I don’t know if they placed the screen protector on the phone for shipping or why it was there.. but it obviously helped protect my phone for shipment.. all I can say is thanks for everything.. even the little scare I had at first.. makes laugh to think about it now lol ... show more

I've recently bought the iPhone 14 Pro, and to my surprise the condition was perfect. However, there were a few aspects that determined how many stars this review would recieved. The phone itself was in good condition, there were a few smudges on the side, but that was wiped off easily. The little film that's on top of the phone was dirty, I didn't really mind about that though. The thing that really disappointed me was the battery life. The phone is 88% battery life. I would expect more from a one year old phone, but that's average after a year, I'd expect a higher battery life and I know I wouldn't get anything better if I replaced it. Another thing I didn't like was the cheap chinese brick and cable, in 5 minutes it wouldn't even go up by 1%! If you buy this product, make sure to buy a good cable and brick as well. In summary, the phone itself is good, the battery life however, was the only aspect that disappointed me. ... show more

I got my phone today after waiting for more than a week (free shipping). I notice that there are different seller for amazon refurbished products. The phone I received was from "directcertified", and it had decent reviews overall. I purchased an iPhone that is suppose to be in "excellent" condition, but the phone came with minor scratches and the battery life was at 92% which is good, but I wouldn't consider that "excellent" since 80% is when the battery needs to be replaced. Otherwise, it a solid buy. If you really want an "excellent" quality phone, I suggest you either buy form another refurbish company that has better reviews or just buy a new iPhone. ... show more
