So far so good, I was nervous buying online, but switching from an Iphone XR that was basically at minimal function, this seems like a huge jump. Better camera quality, faster, better charge. It truly came in mint condition, if there are scratches, I haven't seen much and they're tough to find. Keep in mind (I didn't realize this) - you need a DIGITAL SIM!! My old sim card wasn't able to be used in this iphone as there isn't a spot on the phone to actually insert it - I had to call my mobile company (mint mobile which I highly recommend btw) and have them provide an E-SIM. The touch screen options were also odd when I first got them - I had to press hard on each individual icon and letter on my keyboard for them to work, thinking the phone wasn't right but it was just a setting. I purchased a refurbished silver iPhone 14 Pro that was listed in excellent condition. Upon arrival, it has scratches on the front and rear and along the bottom edge on the right side is missing the silver and feels rough like the phone has been previously dropped. There was also a glue like substance around all of the camera lenses on the back. The phone came in a box that wasn’t sealed properly. The charging cord that came in the box does not fit this phone, like WTH. Good thing I had a iPhone charger from my previous phone or I’d be screwed. The phone should not be considered “excellent” just on the physical appearance alone. Now, the battery health is at 84%, which is low in my opinion. When I charged the phone for the first time, it would not charge past 80%. I tried again a few hours later and it charges so slow, on my fast charger. My last gripe is that when I was setting up my phone with my iCloud every so often a pop up would say that “This device is associated with another iCloud” and that it can only be linked to a different account every 90 days, there is a countdown that I have to wait 68 days. This is crazy. Some of the options are not there because the phone is on another account. I don’t think I should be having these problems. I should be happy getting a phone, but it’s been a headache. My last excellent condition refurbished iPhone was purchased on eBay and everything about that experience and the quality of that phone (it was like new with no scratches and physically perfect) and battery health was at 90% excellent. I should have purchased on there instead of this crap. The only reason I purchased the phone on here was that the shipping was faster. ... show more

phone came factory reset/unlocked, no scratches, some discoloration around the buttons and speaker but nothing major that i care about! the only downside so far is the battery life is only 80%, but for a refurbished phone that’s to be expected. i’m very content with this purchase so far

I’d say acceptable not excellent condition it has a chip in the back glass not the end of the world and the battery was replaced but is at 85 other than that it’s great so far it feels great and other than that really small chip it looks brand new the phone came unlocked and hooked right up to my provider right through the app easy to unlock it came setup as far as English and text size but all you have to do is add your Apple ID I was hoping for it to have a screen protector but nowhere does it say it does and it doesn’t so no screen protection the pro is my perfect size it’s not to big or to small but for 500 bucks all and all this is a cheap durable updated phone ... show more
