Overall, this device mostly lived up to my expectations. The screen and body arrived in excellent conditionā€”no scratches, dents, or functional issues, which I appreciate. However, the battery life was at 87%, lower than I had hoped. I expected at least 93ā€“94%. I specifically chose Woot as the seller and even waited nearly 3 weeks because it is owned by Amazon. Unfortunately, the experience didnā€™t justify the wait. If the device was going to arrive with only 87% battery life, I could have purchased it from any other seller. Previously, I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 directly from Amazon, which came in a special ā€œAmazon Renewedā€ box. This time, however, the device arrived in a generic third-party box, which felt inconsistent with what I expected from an Amazon-owned company. If Woot is going to package products like a third-party seller, the advantage of choosing Woot becomes unclear. Maybe, I should have ordered it from Amazon, not Woot. Phone came in amazing condition. Slight scratch on one of the cameras but does not affect camera quality at all. Works fast. Screen is flawless and came with screen protector. Battery health is at 86% which is better than my current 76%. No damage to the body and looks like new. Would recommend.
