However, the battery life was at 87%, lower than I had hoped. I expected at least 93ā€“94%. I specifically chose Woot as the seller and even waited nearly 3 weeks because it is owned by Amazon. Unfortunately, the experience didnā€™t justify the wait. If the device was going to arrive with only 87% battery life, I could have purchased it from any other seller. Previously, I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 directly from Amazon, which came in a special ā€œAmazon Renewedā€ box. This time, however, the device arrived in a generic third-party box, which felt inconsistent with what I expected from an Amazon-owned company. If Woot is going to package products like a third-party seller, the advantage of choosing Woot becomes unclear. Maybe, I should have ordered it from Amazon, not Woot. Honestly, I was so scared of the recent negative reviews, especially since I saw them after I ordered my phone. However, I am joyfully impressed by the refurbish. The transfer was smooth, aside from the issue I had with the eSIM and MetroPCS not letting me switch phones online but it wasn't because of the phone itself. Phone had some slight cosmetic scratches on the edges but I keep mine in a case anyway. I only gave 4 stars because it was late because FedEX doesn't deliver on weekends. It's a perfect upgrade and the battery holds very well for a 3 year old phone. Function is fast and smooth, lightweight, and bright as I like.
