I’ve had the phone for about 8 months and I love it but it came with a screen protector on it and I just had to replace it just to find out instead of having a nice scratch free screen they used some kind of putty on the screen and put a protector on it to cover about 7 deep scratches on the top right corner. This iphone 12 was in "excellent" condition, and I would agree. I could not find any screen flaws, and only a small scratch on the back of the case. The phone was extremely clean, and packaged that made it look new. I've only used it a few weeks, but no issues. I did buy mine locked for tmobile since I was already using them, and the color was black, hence the price was really good at $349. I would expect this phone to drop once the iphone 15 comes out. ... show more

The phone was good. But I don't think it was worth the money. I spend 400$+ on this product and it had 87% battery life which is good and as advertised. However, there was a dent in the body which may occur from a drop and also there was a permanent black tiny dot on the screen. The tempered glass was already applied so it was hard to say that the black dot on the screen was on the tempered or the actual screen. However, after seeing the phone I felt it was not worth 400$+ since you can get a brand new iPhone 12 from Apple for 600$. I think these refurbished iPhones are overrated. Don't get me wrong phone worked well and definitely may have more life in it. For me, the quality I am expecting from spending 400$+ was not there. ... show more

The phone came in a day early and nothing huge was wrong a few scratches here and there other then that it’s working fine, I was kinda suspicious if it was real but it is I haven’t had any problems what so ever as in now. If any problems happens I will update y’all.

Can with a few knicks on the shell and an almost microscopic chip on the glass. But practically unseeable after I put a case on it. And the battery is at 89% capacity which is great. Plus, I saved $255 dollars compared to getting a refurbished one from apple.

No complains about the build quality, the newness of the device (no scratch at all and the battery is pretty awesome too). I have to admit that I’m fan of China’s huawei and Xiaomi devices—including of course the their OS. There’s so many counter human designers embedded in ios and my error rate in typing increases astronomically as I use iso. However, no good android option here in the US and as my huawei broke on me, iPhone seems to be the only sensible choice right now. ... show more
