The product is fine. Unfortunately unable to open a new line with AT&T using the phone because seller did not pay their bill for the phone with AT&T. So AT&T locked the phone. Trying to resolve with seller but no luck.

    • Did not disappoint...
First time going with Amazon Renewed. I was a bit apprehensive at first because I've always upgraded through my carrier, but I took the plunge after reading seller reviews. I had a few questions sent through email and by calling the seller's toll free number as I have never swapped and updated my data between phones before. I didn't know if AT&T would flag me for updating my phone without their consent. Both queries were handled by Angela, who reassured me the purchase and upgrade process would go smoothly. The unit shipped immediately and was in excellent condition. I used the Transfer or Reset option on my iPhone 7 to transfer to the new iPhone 12. The process went very smoothly and I was online in about 45 minutes. I waited until I had a new case to transfer my SIM card, which also went very smoothly. I'm now back in action with my 12 with 128G of space and an OS that will accommodate my app updates. My only critique is the phone shipped with Lightning to USB3 adapter, which I don't have, but I'll just use my existing adapter. No biggie. Also I have no experience with battery life on the 12, but this unit seems to hold a charge pretty well. If this phone holds up in the future as well as it does today, then we have a winner. The Iphone 12 has been a great upgrade and replacement for the 8 that broke. Reasonable cost for an upgraded replacement without having to finance the newest model through the carrier.

    • Good phone but has its issues
It’s a pretty good phone. Works great my only issue is the top left corner of my screen is not secured into the phones housing and I did not receive a sim removal tool like stated in the description. I have not got ahold of the seller to have them replace the phone for the screen being messed up bc I am in need of a phone and just don’t have the ability to go without one for the time it would take to receive the replacement ... show more

    • I personally feel like I got scammed
I read the reviews of everyone saying their phones had no scratches, had 100% battery life, everything was perfect yada yada. That was not the case for me. I got the best option for the phone and it came with scratches and chips all over it. Battery life was 88%. By far nowhere near what was expected. To add to my frustration the seller put a “signature requirement” on my package delivery with no indication I would need to do so. So not only did I miss the first delivery attempt but I had to pretty much watch my front door all day to make sure I didnt miss it again. Aggravating to say the least after feeling like I’ve waisted precious time and money. I’m genuinely unhappy with this entire experience. If I didn’t desperately need this phone due to the current one being destroyed. I’d be sending it back immediately and finding a new device elsewhere. Not recommended. Edit: I’ve just found out that only one speaker works! To top it all off when I’m on a call with someone it sounds like they’re talking to me through a tin can! I can barely hear anything either. Honestly I’m beyond feeling like I was scammed, I’m 100% certain I was. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. ... show more

My husband's iPhone 8 was having serious issues. Camera was not working, battery was not holding up, etc. I found this iPhone12 reconditioned for a very reasonable amount. Came days before it was supposed to even on a holiday week. Had to do a factory reset to restore from a previous backup, which only took a few minutes. Was able to move the sims card from his old phone and update it quickly. Phone is great shape, was as described in the listing. Battery was at 70% when it arrived but has kept a charge all day long since. It came with a generic box, charging cord and cube (which was how it was listed in the listing). Did not have any paperwork with the phone, but don't think they do anymore anyway. Husband is very happy and can use his camera once again. Would most certainly buy an iPhone from Amazon again!!! ... show more

I am just learning my new iphone12, I had an old iPhone6 it looks almost like brand new a couple of very little nicks! The phone seems to be working exceptionally well! Would I do this again I certainly would! The phone arrived when it was supposed to!
