So when I received this, I asked ChatGPT how to check to ensure the phone is good. Many steps but worth doing as the failure rate on these is about 10%. Took this to the Philippines and installed the SIM. Been working for three weeks with no problems. GF is very happy.

The media could not be loaded. I love my new phone. It holds its charge for so long, has great camera quality and only had a couple VERY minor scratches that weren’t really noticeable at all. I feel like it’s a deal for what I payed for it.

After installing a bunch of software and buying accessories for this phone, I discover the battery is bad. Amazon Customer service will only let me return it so I have to remove all my data, etc. A real pain since I'm doing development software with it. I was hoping they'd pay for the average cost of a new battery ($89), but no luck. So, if you're time is valuable, this is a bad value. Not impressed with Amazon's policy in this. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she was absolutely over the moon happy and in love on Christmas morning! I was leery of purchasing a renewed item but it's very clear that it works exactly the same as a brand new one! Somehow I missed that this was an 11 Pro which is pretty hard to find a case for.
