I upgraded from the 8 plus which is bigger than the 11. It took a little bit to get used to the smaller size but it’s all good now. I love the green color! It’s a great phone for the price as I’m not going to spend $500-$1000 for a phone. The face recognition works great (does not work when wearing sunglasses) but I do miss the ease of opening my phone with my thumb since there is no home button on this phone. My only gripe is the back glass. If you purchase this phone make sure you get a sturdy case. I bought a case that had high reviews but it wasn’t sturdy and dropped my phone on cement and the back glass fractured. I had to to replace the back of the phone within 3 weeks of owning it which cost $200. Total bummer. So do invest in a good case. Other than that, highly recommend it keeps a good charge, sound is great and camera is great.

I ordered an IPhone 11 last minute because my phone completely died, and I reached out to the vendor and explain the situation they made sure I got it on time before leaving for my vacation, phone was in great condition, works perfectly, the color is gorgeous and they even sent with a screen protector… a few months later I had drop the phone and thought I broke my screen they were so attentive and help me realize it was just the screen protector , they were helpful, polite and I couldn’t be more pleased. at first when my fiance bought me the phone he didnt checked the reviews and everything and after that i checked it, it was all negative and bad reviews. Everyone was certainly complaining about the battery life, the scratches, the phone being broke, not opening, missing iphone parts, and broken camera. I was overthinking and scared because i thought my phone that i bought would be even worse or like that, i couldnt stop thinking about it and that maybe i should send it back. After it arrived i was nervous to check the phone and when i did the phone was ina good and perfect condition, a little tiny scratches on the bottom but i can hide it with my phone case, there's is a tiny scratch beside the back camera but it didnt really affect the camera and i can still take good pictures, no missing apple parts, no lags, the battery life i got was 100% and everything was perfect.

I really like this iphone. Battery life is 100% which I was shocking because I saw people in the reviews section saying that it was like 84% and it came with cracks. The front screen has a scratched but you can’t really see it so it’s not really a big deal for me that’s the only reason why I give it 4/5 stars but so far it’s a good phone totally recommend it

Needed a phone for one of the kids that did not save their money for a new one. Ordered the iPhone 11 in "Excellent Condition" which was a bit more $. It had virtually no sign of wear, came with a protective, clear glass screen protector and the battery health was 93%. With proper care, it should last 3 years or more. From a foot away, you would have guessed it was brand new. Came with a charge cord and a charge block. Works fine, updated fine, everything works so far.

The 'minor visual blemishes' for me were that the edges of the case are a bit scuffed. I don't know if it's just paint peeling or if the refurbishing company polished it at all, but it's not rough to the touch or anything; just kinda spotted and not a smooth factory-new finish. Functionally, though, the phone is perfect. They replaced, I THINK, the display specifically? because in the settings menu there's a little warning that the 'screen may not be a certified part'. I mean, okay, not like I'm gonna try to get a warranty replacement on it, right? I've heard/read things about that if the camera(s) are replaced, FaceID and/or ARKit won't function, but at least for mine, THAT didn't seem to be an issue - works just fine. I don't know the standard/expected battery life, but I can say that I charged the phone overnight to 100% (indicated), and then left it turned on at home, connected to Wi-Fi in terms of using signal in any way; after about a 10-hour workday, when I came home, it was down to 85%. Again, not sure how this measures up to a healthy unit, and can't tell you how thirsty it is under load, but for a unit in standby that feels like a normal drain?
