Many people thought this is a gamble ,I worried a lot before purchase this pad .fortunately it works well after I test it for a week . the pad show little sign of use and the battery is ok. I satisfied most part of the pad except for the generic charger ,I know it is a generic charger while it can not meet my demands ,buy a new one from apple.it really saves you the bulks. I got this 256 gb using the almost same price of a new 64gb one，probably a bit lower .Hope this can be used for around 3 years or more.attached is my pad .No Apple Pencil along with this pad. Ipad is performing as expected. It took the sting off a little bit as I was being forced to purchased a new one because my two old generation 4 Ipads were working fine, but Apple decided to obsolete them and so they would not upgrade to the latest OS. Thus a lot of the applications will no longer work either because they won't upgrade onto the dated operating system. ... show more

    • Don't buy this 'bargain' when even good looks can be deceiving!!
As a songwriter on a shoestring budget, I was hoping to save some money by buying a 'renewed'....aka new marketing term for 'used' Ipad pro 10.5 256gb. Imagine how thrilled I was to receive what appeared to be a unit in pristine condition! Booted up fine and I spent hours transferring all my apps and air dropping 49gbs of videos to the iPad. I spent a day writing a song on garageband that I completely lost along with all my other files 3 days later when the iPad wouldn't start at all! On one hand I am really disturbed that an iPad that ran perfectly for 3 days could just not boot up the next morning while on the other hand I am so grateful that this didn't happen on the 91st day when I could no longer return it and would have lost the $429 I paid for what could have been such a 'bargain'! So I took a chance to spend $429.00 not to have to buy the same model new for $659.00 which didn't pay off in the time spent setting up the refurbished unit and now having to do the same with whatever I replace it with. So if you have the cash to spend buy new and do so on a credit card that doubles your warranty period like amex blue does up to an additional year. I'm disappointed in the time and energy spent setting this iPad up to just have to spend more time in returning it to start the entire process over again. If time is the true currency of life, then spend a little extra cash and don't waste your irreplaceable time by buying an iPad pro that is 'used'....oops, I mean 'renewed'! ... show more
