The keyboard and mouse are NOT Apple wireless products.The description says, "The product ships with all relevant accessories..."
When it was originally sold, this iMac included a wireless Apple keyboard and a wireless Apple mouse. Those are the relevant accessories, not a CHEAP Macally plug-in keyboard and a CHEAP Macally plug-in mouse. The plug-in peripherals are cumbersome and take up half the available USB slots. Customer service is non-existent. The insert in the shipping box contained a company email address that was defunct. When I located another company address online and wrote them about the problem with the peripherals, I never got a response. This was over three months ago. I donated the Macally accessories to Goodwill and paid $250 for a new Apple keyboard and mouse. The computer is slow with intermittent problems. I will limp along with it and buy a new imac as soon as I can. This was my first and last time going with a "renewed" Apple product! Update: Computer has crashed after 8 months! Lesson learned. This was definitely a "money well spent" purchase, especially since I caught this on a price drop so big I just couldn't pass it up! After all these years of being a Prime member, I literally stumbled upon the 'Renewed' category of products recently. With the guarantee on these items (like other Amazon products), I decided to give a try. This Mac is so powerful! I'm starting an offline consulting business and wanted something to ensure I had both more than enough space, as well as the speed to utilize all the software and other accessories I will be utilizing on a daily basis. This Mac definitely fit the bill, with 3 TB (which I'll NEVER come close to using) space and 32gb memory! A late 2014 model, there were a few very minor scratches on the shell but hardly anything for me to fuss about. As a matter of fact, it looked almost new. I've been using a Macbook Pro for many years but never had a desktop Mac before. The 27-inch display is definitely sight to behold! I will update in the future on how it handles in the upcoming months but, so far, I anticipate many happy years with this 'Renewed' Mac! ... show more

Don’t waste your money. They are having the same issue, screens falling off in the middle of the night. Mine happed around the 100 day mark. I reached out to the seller and they said sorry it’s past the 90 days. Trash company, selling trash.

my first MAC, so I was impressed with the OS set-up, and the speed seems to be on par with my similarly equipped PC. so despite the refurbished label, and you don't get the slick packaging of factory apple products, but I can indeed say this is the best computer investment I've ever made. runs my adobe CC apps perfectly. The storage is very adequate as well. I do wish the keyboard was rechargeable and had the number pad, but it does work great with AA batteries. Mouse is rechargeable with lightning cable included. this imac was sold to me as an excelent condition but after 5 months it freezes all the time ,and is always giving me trouble ,this company is not seriuos they sent a defective and old mouse ,dont buy anything from them.
