I struggled over what to buy .....a new Apple computer or take a chance with a refurbished one... Maybe a Dell....At any rate I took a shot with this refurbished Apple desktop...So far ( and that takes in all of four days) its worked like a charm!

Review Image by iMac in first person is flawless, looks great but performs poorly to say the least. Apps don’t open, Safari takes over 30 mins to just load a site, cannot even sign my self out and I have tried to do it over my phone and macbook but somehow still appears on my Mac. It has business email, personal emails, pictures, ongoing cases and private media stuff that I cannot get off. I have spent hours trying to delete thing one on one but it’s taken to long and I should have no to deal with this. I will never buy 2nd hand and I hope no one does either. iMac in first person is flawless, looks great but performs poorly to say the least. The media could not be loaded. Save and your time and money and don’t buy this. Doesn’t open pages, cannnot download apps, sent the wrong key board and cheap mouse. Cannot log out since it’s stuck on screen, have to wait hours for it to even close out of a page and takes days to open one.

    • No power cord
Update: seller promptly responded and sent power cord, keyboard, and mouse. Item didn’t come with the bare minimum-a power cord. Let alone the keyboard and mouse that are pictured.

However… I purchased 2 of these for my office staff. Just to stay on top of emails, but the 1 out of 2 did not boot up. Support was awesome, sent it back and quickly sent me out another unit. You can tell they don’t have that traditional Mac speed, but they get the job done for easy navigation. I feel the value is fair. ... show more

    • this computer is not compatable and it is a 2010 so it is not update reliable this I would not buy.
I dislike this product because of the descrption wass not true this desk top computer waas not caoable of an upgrade and it waas a 2010 with 3.5 GH. I my purpose for the use was for my bussines and it did not work well it was veery slow. I do not recomend the purchase of theis product.

    • Locks up a lot, runs slow
I bought a new keyboard and mouse to go with it but it locks up a lot and runs slow. Now I am locked out of it. I should have just bought new. I'd like to return this mac but I can't figure out how to log out of everything and restore it.
