I purchased this car charger five years ago, and it’s been excellent. It’s lasted through two or three iPhones. Just recently, it stopped working. That’s quite a long time for a car charger to last I figured, so I decided to see if the same one was still available. When I found the product page, I realized that this thing is backed by a lifetime warranty! After so many years, I wasn’t sure if my old charger would be covered or if that offer was still valid. I contacted the seller of the charger through Amazon and they responded back very quickly, and let me know that it was indeed still active. They didn’t ask me to return the non-working charger, they just asked for a couple pics showing that the charger was not charging my phone. I sent them the pics, and they had a new one on its way to me the same day! I got it in just a couple days. I was already happy with the life that I had gotten from the charger, but I am really impressed with the excellent customer support! the packaging was very thin so one product's box came damaged in the order, the charging speed is not very fast but steady pace. For the car charge my phone 6S plus indicated that it is not authorized charger but it charged my phone anyways. Excellent product! Unlike several other lightning chargers, this cord is able to be used with all of the cases we've used (a life proof, 2 different otter boxes, casemate snap on and more) while still remaining durable enough to hold up to many daily uses. We've never gotten the incompatible message that pops up with some other cords. This one works every time. The additional usb slot is a must for multiple users.
