Such a rich and tasty olive oil. Has great color and it smells great every time I need to refill a smaller pourer I use. You can really taste the difference when cooking. Only reason it received a 4 out of 5 was for the lack of a handle and it is in need of a better spout for pouring. Very hard to handle when I first received it until I used about a 1/4th of the container.

Fantastic oil! We order this olive oil on a repeat subscription, usually it arrives fine. Last two shipments have been damaged. Seller does not allow for replacements or refunds. Seller ought to consider its packing and shiping methods to protect the product better.

generous 4 star overall, benefit of the doubt for the actual producer. the oil may be awesome, be aware tricky to return Ordered april 24 2022. Delivered april 30th. BB date on reverse 05/11/22 To me this reads as May 11th. Less than two weeks out. Greekshops.com begrudgingly offered to take item back (no way directly to do this, non returnable grocery item ....) Seller stated: In all honesty we did miss the close "expiration date" yet when it comes to olive oils those are relative dates posted by the producer to guarantee its full aroma and taste. But olive oil stored properly in a dark and cook place can preserve its production quality well beyong that date. I can assure you that the date on your bottle, does not mean that the olive oil will automatically go rancid on May 11, particularly since it is in a glass bottle and has been in an dark and air condition room since received. Under no circumstances we would want our clients to feel that they receive a "substandard" product. and offered to take it back if unopened etc. (however even in the defective item section as you near satisfaction, you end up in "non returnable" loop) THEN seller tells me the date is REALLY November 5th 2022, per the importer. You decide. Take a look at reported dates in the customer questions and answers. INCLUDING another seller called Greece's Best. I am trying three different high end evoo's to pick one going forwards, as I want the phenol benefits for cholesterol etc, and reading around, the polyphenols diminish as the olive oil ages, even in unopened, cool dark storage. So, for $20 or so per bottle, for this salad dressing medicine, i don't want something ageing out as it arrives. MAYBE it tastes great - I will try it before the other 2, considering .... and the other two, with about a year remaining on their BB are Yanni's finest and Mina new harvest single origin moroccan. I will seek out another source if Mythology kolymvari wins out. but who knows the phenol content vs "fresh" Amazon customer service reviewed and refunded the full amount, "keep the product since it's about to expire BB". two different company responses. one i keep using.

At a decent price point. I did a taste test against Greek oil from a small family farm sold by a local store, and preferred this oil. Tastes like real olives.
