These are fantastic! I’m so glad I bought them. The Renewed Premiere 2nd Gen Apple AirPods pro are definitely worth the price— the sound in incredible, especially when listening to tracks with Dolby Atmos activated in Apple Music. The noise cancellation is fantastic and something to keep in mind if you’re walking around on a busy street, I was standing next to someone who was speaking quite loudly and when I popped the AirPods in, I could barely hear a word he was saying—- without any music, just the noise cancellation feature active. It’s easily adjustable though by swipe or press of the AirPod. It will allow some “transparency” of the sound in your environment if so desired. Volume control is as simple as using the slider on the phone or sliding your finger on its stem. These are very easy to use, work right out of the box and you can feel how solid they are in design. These will easily last me a very long time! You can even give yourself a hearing test that’s OK’d by the FDA here in the US— obviously go to your doctor if something isn’t right but they also function as impromptu hearing aids if required. I bought these because of the external sound amplification feature,, in lieu of hearing aids. I put my audiogram into the Health app and they're supposed to use it to tune amplification. They work AMAZINGLY well for that. They make music sound good too, although I have another pair of earbuds that I like better for music. But they don't stay in my ears! No matter which size of tips I use they fall out within a few minutes even if I'm not moving my head. I've been trying after-market gadgets to help them stay in, but so far no luck. The battery life is only five hours or so when I use them with the sound amplification feature. The charging case is supposed to work with an Apple Watch charger, but it doesn't work reliably...worse, sometimes it PRETENDS to charge (it sticks to the charger and the charging light comes on) but then continues draining the battery. I have to plug in the lightning cable to charge them. Not a big deal but it was annoying until I figured out what was happening. ... show more

I purchased these AirPods refurbished, so prior use may be a factor in the product’s apparent qualities. The battery life is approximately 4 hours and the case provides 3-4 extra charges, so the battery life is slightly lower than the description states. My left ear also hurts after wearing the earbuds for over an hour, and switching ear tip size has not helped so far. However this may just be due to my left ear being a weird shape. The AirPods also have difficulty switching to phone calls. If someone calls my phone while I’m using AirPods, my voice sounds staticky and starts to cut in and out, and I have to manually change the audio input/output to my iPhone. The noise cancelation is amazing— very good at minimizing ambient noise to allow me to listen to things at a lower volume. However, the noise cancelation mode gives me an headache if I have it on for too long. The noise canceling efficacy and the small portable size are likely the product’s most redeeming features. Still, I’m a little disappointed overall by the product quality and integration with my iPhone, especially given the price. ... show more
