These are fantastic! I’m so glad I bought them. The Renewed Premiere 2nd Gen Apple AirPods pro are definitely worth the price— the sound in incredible, especially when listening to tracks with Dolby Atmos activated in Apple Music. The noise cancellation is fantastic and something to keep in mind if you’re walking around on a busy street, I was standing next to someone who was speaking quite loudly and when I popped the AirPods in, I could barely hear a word he was saying—- without any music, just the noise cancellation feature active. It’s easily adjustable though by swipe or press of the AirPod. It will allow some “transparency” of the sound in your environment if so desired. Volume control is as simple as using the slider on the phone or sliding your finger on its stem. These are very easy to use, work right out of the box and you can feel how solid they are in design. These will easily last me a very long time! You can even give yourself a hearing test that’s OK’d by the FDA here in the US— obviously go to your doctor if something isn’t right but they also function as impromptu hearing aids if required. These are so good for the price but there are a couple of things that i noticed. I noticed that it did come with the original box but the documentation was not the right size. I also noticed that the the ear tips looked to be already worn and look very gross. not to mention it came with 3 small ear tips instead of 2 medium. Other than those minor details, they sound so good and the actual unit seemed to be very clean. I also love that it came with AppleCare+ for a year which is a huge game changer for me! They seem to stay in pretty well as i have had these before but lost them. But please please fix the ear tip situation because i needed the medium ones and i did not receive them! ... show more

I needed to buy foam tips to improve the fit. My right ear still drops the bud. My problem, not the product's. Pairing with my iPhone is easy and reliable. The hearing aid function is great, just what I wanted. The formal hearing tests I take say "not yet" to full hearing aids. I need some enhancement but I was reluctant to spend a huge amount on something I can't evaluate. I am still learning to use the program. The conversation function doesn't enhance a lecturer who is at a distance, but it kicks in perfectly when I talk out loud to myself--the audio book stops until I stop talking and resumes automatically. The book does not stop when someone talks to me and I give only a one-word answer--I still have to learn to speak a sentence to stop the book and hear the person interrupting my reverie. ... show more
