The mid 2017 Apple 21.5" iMac measures at just 5mm at its edges, and its widescreen display features LED backlighting for vibrant and accurate support for millions of colors. With in-plane switching (IPS) technology, the iMac has a wide viewing angle. The screen has a 16:9 aspect ratio and a Full HD 1920 x 1080 screen resolution, supported by integrated Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640. The iMac's processor has been upgraded and now houses a 7th-gen Kaby Lake 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5 Dual-Core processor that can be overclocked up to 3.6 GHz, as well as 8GB of 2133 MHz DDR4 RAM. Visuals are powered by the integrated Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 chipset, and for storage, there is a 1TB 5400 rpm hard drive.

To say I was skeptical is an understatement. Refurbished? Super cheap? No way this is any good, right? So far everything has been above my expectations. Never had a Mac before. Always been a PC guy. But I grew sick and tired with Windows and its persistent problems. Since I’d grown addicted to my iPhone I decided to give Apple a shot. But I’m cheap and didn’t want to spend too much. I’m also not in need of anything too powerful. I’m not a gamer. Just need the basics for a desktop. It’s called refurbished but it looks brand new. Seriously. I couldn’t find a scratch on it. Most importantly, it works perfectly. More than enough for my needs. If you’re picky or have intense needs, I guess you could be bothered by its speed to load. But for 90% of us - average people with average computing needs - this is much more than enough. Glad I wasn’t turned away by the low price. Highly recommended. ... show more

I purchased it a month ago. It arrived as announced. Set up was not difficult. Works as new. I am satisfied so far. It came with some scratches on the back.

I was really worried it would be a slow computer like a lot of reviews stated and I knew I wouldn’t be able to upgrade the ram as there is no port to do so. But it’s perfect! I only need it to do some internet based work like Google docs, Email and the occasional video and web surfing. I’m amazed at how this looks so brand new and great quality. Amazing graphics, took half a day to upgrade to the current operating system (Ventura) and it’s not slow. I’m not running any major programs so this works for me.     • DO NOT BUY from this Apple refurbished company!!
First, I never leave reviews, so for me to take the time to do this one it’s definitely because this company is horrible! If I could give zero stars I would! We bought a “refurbished Apple iMac” and within 6 months the screen just feel off. Whoever did this work obviously used cheap materials & definitely did not take the time to do it right. If it was correctly done, something as simple as a screen falling off would never happen. When the screen feel off it left 2 golf ball sized cracks in the screen & has left all the inside computer exposed. The company said it’s past the 90 days since purchasing the product, so they will do nothing about it! Do not buy from this company!! ... show more
