I recently purchased the 2024 Mac mini with the M4 chip, and I couldn’t be happier with it. This little desktop is incredibly powerful for its size. The 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU make everything run fast and smooth, from everyday tasks to more demanding applications. It handles multitasking effortlessly, especially with the 24GB of unified memory. Apple Intelligence features work flawlessly on this machine, and the overall experience feels modern, fast, and very responsive. The 512GB SSD makes booting up and opening apps almost instant. I also appreciate the reliable Gigabit Ethernet, which keeps my connection stable for large downloads and work projects. What I love most is how quiet and compact the Mac mini is. It fits perfectly on my desk without taking up space, but still delivers performance comparable to much larger desktops. Overall, the 2024 Mac mini is an excellent choice for anyone looking for power, speed, and efficiency in a compact design. Highly recommended.

Owned Apple computers for 30 years and each one has aged out before they fail. This mini replaces my last iMac that i can no longer update the OS. It does not come with a monitor and i got a great 18" travel monitor (Innoview 4k) and a third party dongle from an inde developer in U.S. with great support. It's called LUNA ($80) and comes with SW that enables me to seemlessly use my iMac 27" monitor with the mini. You also need an add-on camera/audio/speaker and i haven't achieved the iMac's amazing quality yet. I read a bunch of reviews and got the middle model M4 ( not pro chip) and it was the perfect choice. The spec nos. on this mini are diff from iMacs bc it's upgraded technology, so don't be fooled into over buying. I am a contract graphic designer and need speed and space, this gives me plenty of both! For the couple hundred more, nobody should get the lower end model, no matter what you hear... software and apps are hogs. The mini lacks adequate ports and i had to buy updated cables (Anker) and still want to get a expanded port base eventually. It's a more complex setup in that regard but the price swayed me over another iMac. Amazon's Apple store had best price, availability, and warranty...don't try to save $100 and go with 3rd party seller. This was an excellent value at a time i didn't really want to spend the $$. Super fast, easy migration...did it myself with AI's help, along with finally hooking my iphone to it, which i couldn't get done with my iMac by myself. I'm very Happy with my mini and Apple at Amazon.

I bought this back in March to replace my parent's clunky computer, and I still can't believe how small it actually is. It fits right under the monitor and barely takes up any space on the desk, which is great because they hate clutter. We've been using it for almost a year now, and it is honestly a lightning horse. Everything opens instantly, and it handles all photo editing without slowing down or getting hot. I really love that they put the ports on the front now, it makes it so much easier to plug in a drive or my headphones without having to fumble around the back blindly. It’s sleek, quiet, and just works perfectly. Parents loves it and so do I.

Bought this from Amazon as they applied the seasonal discount to the purchase price rather than issuing a gift card. For the most part am pleased with this computer, but since I was trying to save a few bucks by purchasing a third party monitor and peripherals, it did take some extra effort to get this system set up and functioning as desired. The biggest challenge with this unit is the number of power buttons one has to navigate to fully power up or down this computer and all its peripherals. After spending several decades with an all in one iMac, having to turn on and off each component separately is somewhat of a pain. Also, since there are no user upgrade options for this device (RAM memory or internal storage), I bought a unit with more than the base memory and storage, so it would work somewhat longer at an acceptable speed.

fast. easy to set up. Likely you will need a dock with additional ports for plugging in multiple monitors, chargers and etc. I did anyway.Plus talks to my iPhone and MacBookPro easily.
