Not what I expected. I originally ordered these thinking they were actual shoes. They did not cover my granddaughters shoes very well and started to lift and come off very quickly. Some of that could've been the tennis shoes that she had on. They were a little too bulky maybe. So under better circumstances these may have worked OK. I was very anxious for my daughter to have these for her costume. This product sucked!!! Wouldn’t stay on her shoe. Elastic on bottom part is huge and doesn’t go around an shoe to tighten. She wore them in the HOUSE, 5 mins and sequence were falling off and color rubbed off before even attempting to walk out the door! I’m pissed! These things are horrible. Very poorly made. They are held together with flimsy velcro at the heel. The elastic band at the bottom is to narrow to do anything. Would not stay on shoe. I finally made my own with red stretch lame. I needed elastic at the front of the shoe cover and two bands of elastic to go under the shoe. ... show more

Cute and they completed my daughter's Dorothy costume. They worked for one night of trick or treating (worn inside for about two hours and outside for about an hour). However, both shoe covers wore through and ripped at the toes by the end of the night. Completely unusable for a second time. A bit expensive for how quickly they tore. If I did it again, I would probably just splurge the extra ten bucks and buy a pair of sparkly red shoes that she could wear again. ... show more

Well I bought them for my granddaughter to wear with her Dorothy costume for Halloween. Within 1/2 hour one had fallen off, never to be found.. They didn't latch over her shoes very well.
