Great condition and excellent performance

The MacBook arrived in very good condition and works perfectly. It is fast, smooth, and the screen and overall build look great. When it arrived, the battery health was 93% with 303 charge cycles, which is reasonable for a renewed device, and the battery lasts well for everyday use. I’ve now been using it for four months, and everything is still working great. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and value. ... show more

Outstanding renewed MacBook pro!
Color: Space Gray Capacity: 8GB RAM Set: 512GB SSD
I recently purchased a renewed 2023 MacBook Pro, and I am absolutely thrilled with my decision. Initially, I had some reservations about opting for a renewed device, but my experience has been nothing short of spectacular. **Performance and Build Quality**: The MacBook Pro arrived in pristine condition, indistinguishable from a brand-new unit. The performance is phenomenal, with the M3 chip delivering exceptional speed and efficiency. Everything from multitasking to running intensive applications is smooth and seamless. The build quality is as sturdy and premium as one would expect from Apple. **Display and Audio**: The Retina display with True Tone technology is breathtaking. Colors are vibrant, and the sharpness is impeccable, making it perfect for both work and entertainment. The audio quality is also impressive, with clear, immersive sound that enhances my overall experience, whether I'm on a video call or watching movies. **Battery Life**: The battery life is excellent, easily lasting me through a full day of heavy usage. This aspect was crucial for me, and the renewed MacBook Pro did not disappoint in this regard. **Value for Money**: Considering the significant cost savings compared to a brand-new model, the value for money is outstanding. The renewed MacBook Pro comes with a warranty, which provides peace of mind and further justifies the purchase. **Customer Service**: The customer service was top-notch. The buying process was straightforward, and the support team was responsive and helpful, addressing all my queries promptly. In conclusion, my experience with the renewed 2023 MacBook Pro has been overwhelmingly positive. It combines top-tier performance, excellent build quality, and great value for money. I highly recommend considering a renewed model if you're looking to invest in a MacBook Pro without breaking the bank. ... show more

The quality of brand new, at the price of used.
Color: Space Gray Capacity: 8GB RAM Set: 512GB SSD
I've been using computers since they were "work stations" enslaved to a mainframe that occupied the entire basement of a building. I've been using Apple computers since 1991, so I'm rarely surprised by a Mac's performance. Still, this MacBook Pro with M3 chip impresses me. But this review is really about the condition of the MacBook I just bought from iPower Resale. It was shipped promptly but delayed by winter weather. The product box looked just like a new Apple box, minus the Apple logo, and was safely packed inside two cartons for shipment. The outer carton showed some wear from shipping, but the inner carton was unblemished and product box perfect, as if pulled from a store shelf. Since it is a used MacBook rated in "excellent" condition, I expected to find some fine scratches or scuffing somewhere on the case. I found none. I expected to find the patina of wear on the keyboard keys. They all had the matte finish of a brand-new keyboard. I expected to find faint scratches on the screen. I found none. I worried that the charger and cable might be generic substitutes. They were authentic Apple products in perfect condition. I expected to find at least 100 charging cycles on the battery. I found only 2 cycles, meaning the battery array was replaced during refurbishment; the first from testing and the second from my charging it before transferring data from my old MacBook Pro to this one. By any objective evaluation, my used MacBook Pro is identical to a factory-fresh one. But I paid a little more than half the full retail price. I couldn't be happier. I would rate it "premium." Because it's an Apple MacBook Pro, I will get two to three times as many years' use from it as a Windows-based machine, and it will still have respectable trade-in value. Savings upon savings! ... show more

Not happy
Color: Space Gray Capacity: 8GB RAM Set: 512GB SSD
First of the product itself came like new cosmetically except it came with a non-apple charger. I bought it during my US vacation, and returned to my country. And than it started freezing. I have contacted Amazon to return it but they do not provide int return. They did not help service it. So I serviced it to my expense. The service told me it was a trackpad issue. I am using it now, I bought an excellent condition Macbook Pro (which was not actually) and had it serviced. ... show more

It is working excellently. There were small dents on the edges. There is no MagSafe charging cable and adapter and not the apple made. Battery health 90%.

I ordered this laptop and received it within about 3 days. It came very carefully packaged and in pristine condition! I was a little skeptical and after reading reviews was worried about receiving another language keyboard or having to expect battery issues, but so far so good! It did charge to 100% on the first night, and I’ve noticed after about an hour of use it dropped to 88% pretty quickly but that’s nothing to worry about if I’m honest. I have experience opening computers so if I have to change the battery I’m not worried at all and I’m super happy I didn’t let that deter me from buying! I will say I’ve been having issues with the trackpad going unresponsive every so often, it’s nothing to truly complain about but I have noticed it a few times. The computer is beautiful nonetheless and came exactly when I needed it! I love it and am extremely happy with my purchase. I would give 5 stars but only because of the trackpad I’m going to give 4. EDITED: I was getting a little annoyed with the trackpad issue, then I realized it wasn’t the trackpad going inresponsive all the time, only when I had a pop up window in safari to upload documents. I googled the issue and it said all I needed to do was update the laptop. It’s been working great ever since!! ... show more

Excellent Value All Things Considered!
Color: Space Gray Capacity: 8GB RAM Set: 1TB SSD
The computer came in pristine condition; not one blemish. When I first tried to turn it on, it wouldn’t. I Googled the problem and AI informed me that a MacBook Pro required a preliminary charge before it would cooperate (and turn on). I tried after leaving it plugged into my power supply but simply couldn’t get it to work. (I had no idea that the MagSafe charger had a light to indicate that the battery was charging, which it does.) To make a long story short the problem was the charging “brick” (the piece that plugs into the power socket in the wall). I replaced it with one I had and…“ping”, it came on! Other than that one “small and very easily correctable” problem it works fabulously. The battery in the machine will hold a “full charge” for days if left unused (and of course unplugged). I am extremely happy with this device. It’s lightweight and has great processing speed. The screen is “totally” unblemished and renders colors very beautifully. At the same price I could have purchased a MacAir with an M5 processor. I am so glad I didn’t do that. This machine has more than enough processing power, greater storage capacity than the new MacAir and much greater connectivity. Bottom line? What did I do before I bought this? I simply love it! ... show more
