MacBook Air came practically brand new with a new cable and charger. No scratches no dents no damage to the screen. It was fast, the sound was very clear, and the battery life is amazing. I haven’t charged my laptop in almost 3 days and it’s still around 92%. The touch ID is handy and allows me to open my laptop without putting in a password. As a nursing student it was important I had a new laptop for practically everything and this far exceeded my expectations. The price was a bit high for a student but given it came new I can’t complain. The Midnight black color does leave smudges and so does the screen so I bought a case for it and I have no problems with that now. It’s light and the screen is huge so for those looking for a smaller portable laptop this may not be the best choice but I love it and plan on keeping it for many years. It was a great investment and I advise anyone looking for a good deal but a great product purchase one. ... show more

EXTREMELY pleased with this refurb purchase. Called the seller before purchase to discuss the computer, with their listed phone number. Came in an Apple box, sealed with strip-tape. Cosmetically, it's flawless; the exterior and screen. Passed all Apple Diagnostics. Battery has 4 cycles and is at 100% capacity/health. Probably replaced, but with an Apple part, or the computer was not used. Serial number and Model number are 100% legit. Ports;/IO, keyboard, trackpad, speakers are all 100%. Storage is Apple; RAM is Apple. In June-ish 2023 this model cost $1299. Today, new, $999 on Amazon. I paid $839 for a "Premium Refurb" with a one year warranty from Kango Supply, I think. I can't find the "sold by" name, because now this computer is listed as being sold by Amazon, not Kango or whoever it was. KUDOS, could not be happier. ... show more

I will be as honest as i can. I had my doubts whether to buy a Mac pre owned or renewed as I didn't know what I was going to get but I don't regret it at all. This is my first Mac and I did not wanted to spend to much on a new one. Although the delivery took longer than expected, the laptop that was delivered to me is brand new, not a scratch on it, the battery is at 100% of its life, the charger is original and without any sign of use. So I definitely would recommend this business buying Apple products outside of Apple. The computer looked brand new no scratches no dents no dings no scrapes it works perfect I use it every day. I’m in school and it’s amazing. I even was able to get AppleCare on it which I did not expect And that is golden so if you’re looking for Apple products without paying Apple prices, definitely buy from the seller they sell Quality Apple products that are literally like brand new perfect functioning products and you might even be able to get AppleCare on your item just like me and literally have zero worries with your purchase ... show more

I ordered this and it arrived promptly (for that I give 1 star). I was disappointed when it wouldn’t boot up. Not a blip, nothing. I called Amazon and their tech did a half-a walk-thru with me; they put me on the phone with another tech with a really poor connection who did another half-a walk-thru with me, and who determined that the computer was defective and should be returned. I was again disappointed when they said they wouldn’t exchange it and I’d receive my money back; no offer to replace it with the same model or with one of similar value, not a thing, nada. As the person tried to explain the return procedure, the connection was so bad, I couldn’t understand a word, so I hung up. The return email said the UPS driver would have the return label, but when he arrived the next day, he didn’t even have that. At least he knew he was supposed to pick something up from me. That was 4 days ago. Now I have to wait until it arrives at their facility and for them to determine whether it is defective and whether my $900+ should be returned to me. Meanwhile, I still need a new laptop for my job. Not a very good experience, Amazon. Next time I’ll shop COSTCO. ... show more
