The accessories were not the ones needed I had to order a keyboard and mouse! It was a Christmas present so we just opened it and noticed the off brand accessories. It doesn’t have the key recognition and we have tried 3 times that’s unacceptable.

    • Getting to know apple computers
I switched from a Windows PC to Apple. There is a big learning curve, especially with file management. Love the size of the big, bright screen. Not so much with the mouse and keyboard. I selected a refurbished iMAC to cut my teeth on. It's newer, current technology but not cutting edge. I replaced the keyboard and will be replacing the mouse. I think this new system will take some time to get used to. Happy I made the change but still getting use to the new machine.
