Unboxing process was just as good as buying a brand new laptop. It came in a certified Apple box, and everything was packed up as if this was a brand new MacBook. Battery health was at 100%, and laptop worked perfectly out of the box! Highly recommend.

Apple Account Locked! While the computer looked new from the exterior, when I opened it, it launched in Recovery mode with an Account Lock, the new method from Apple to prevent theft. The account is linked to an Apple ID with a Gmail account. Therefore, even if it was possible to completely erase the hard drive (which I could not) that person could at any moment LOCK this computer from a distance! This means that the "Premium" inspection did not happen. Whoever had this computer in hand at the "Renewed" store did not do the job. In addition, it was stipulated that the computer would be sent in its original box. In itself that is not a big deal... But just one more lie! I am very very very disappointed in this Amazon "Premium" service. The return is in process but that too is a not-so-fun story. I have reverted back to buying used iPhone, and Macs from either large Ebay electronic vendors. For this Mac I have now ordered another on from Backmarket... ... show more

    • Not everything works.
This appeared to be a very nice Macbook air laptop. However, the login finger print did not work. I tried everything and nada. Also there is no USB port, just the small ones. I returned and I'm still waiting for my refund, 3 weeks later.
