DO NOT BUY from them. If your laptop is defective they will only refund $60, the rest will be restocking fee. I bought the 2019 MacBook pro. The 1st one they sent was defective, too many issues on it. The macbook looks pretty clean so I really wanted to keep it. So I tried to fix the software issues but it kept not being able to upgrade to the latest sequioa version, which is currently in my same exact laptop. During update it would not update, hang up, stay turned off even though I set it to never turn off and it did these various times and a whole other issues. The first time I communicated with them I told them about the issue. They said return it. So I still tried to fix the issues. After 3 days of doing the same thing over and over, I have been chatting with them, all they keep saying is just return it. So I finally returned it. I bought another macbook pro, the same specs, price and everything from them, just another unit. This one works just fine. So I kept it. I wouldn't even give this a 1 star honestly because within 4 months of using this mac it crashed on me. I took into a apple store for them to reboot. They said it was gone. I had to return it to asurion for them to just reimburse urse me the money. Don't buy this product. It's trash.
