I didn't know what to expect when ordering this, but wanted to try something knew as far as home gym workout equipment. Doing pushups is one of my least favorite exercises, so I was willing to give an alternative method a try and my taking a chance paid off. Firstly, this product is extremely easy to understand and use. The base has distinct illustrated color coded figures and words corresponding to the muscles or areas of the body you want to target--Shoulders, Triceps, Chest, Back. You just place the detachable handles in the corresponding colored slots and you can target the desired area or muscle. The good thing about that and this product in general, is that you can't do the exercise incorrectly, versus doing pushups on the ground and not having the correct hand position or posture to effectively target certain areas and muscles. They even include resistance bands that attach to a designated area of the board to use the board to work out other muscles of the body through resistance exercises. The board is light, but sturdy. It's attractive in design and compact. It's a great board and a great investment.

Most of the stars for this board go to the portability and convenience of having some variety during a home workout. It comes with a nice set of resistance bands which also attach to the board and provide a good stretch. The downside is the overall sturdy feel of the board: since it folds in half, it feels like too much stress or tension on the board could cause it to warp or crack, especially at the folding seam. The handles are also not very comfortable. The cover on them is made of a slick material, and if your hands get sweaty you won't be able to grip the handles as well. The handles are also not very cushion-y, so probably not the best for the beginner. Still, the convenience outweighs some of these points if you're looking to add some variety to a home workout.

Very lightweight and portable. Materials feel durable and like they will last. The push-up handles give a more challenging workout than regular push-ups and allow you to more easily target specific muscle groups. The resistance bands are a nice feature to provide different levels of intensity and to workout additional muscle groups. I like that the unit comes with clear instructions demonstrating the different exercises you can do. This is a great option to add to a home gym to give more variety to your workouts or to take with you for a workout when you travel.

Super easy to put together and folds up quick and easy for storage too. The handles fit perfectly in the different slots and works great in helping me keep my form right while working the different muscle groups! I'd definitely order it again!
