I actually love this stuff, I drop two droppers full in about 8oz of water in a favorite glass and sip. The taste is pleasant (the white one) and I look forward to it. Nothing will ever replace the dopamine hit one receives from alcohol, this is a tincture to calm the nervous system so you don’t “need” that dopamine hit. Hope that helps someone! Decreases my urge to reach for a glass of wine when I’m stressed and I often forget about drinking in general after my dose. Color is perfect if not diluted too much, add a splash of juice if you need that extra color in your glass. Smells great, a little herbal-ish because… well it’s made of herbs lol. Mixes great, I always shake it well and pump the dropper to fully mix. There is natural residue that you are told about.

This was a waste of money for me and my anxiety. I did not have any type of calming effect whatsoever. Zero. I’ve had all day anxiety issues since I was a kid. Not extreme, but enough to cause a nauseous feeling throughout the day. After I retired from work, it seems to have gotten worse and was hoping this would work considering it wasn’t an addictive solution. Sorry to say it didn’t work for me.

I’ve really enjoyed this product! I mix 1 dropper Rosé-Tinted Glasses and 1 dropper Take The Edge Off into a glass of non-alcoholic wine. I like the Fre brand White Zinfandel (it’s Rosé like). With prices in my area and buying these products with the subscription discount it comes out to about $5 a glass. I do feel more relaxed and less anxious after! It’s helped me cut back on drinking during the week but I still get the feeling of opening a bottle after a stressful day and the flavor profile is pretty spot on. No clue if it’s a placebo effect or what but results are results so I’ll take it. I haven’t had headaches or side effects like others are reporting but I also only use the recommended amount, 2 droppers (1 each flavor) of total product per glass. Maybe if you’re trying to make this the “wine” flavor all by itself in a sparkling water type liquid and using double plus the amount you’ll be overdoing it and have some negatives like you would with any supplement.

It is a 5* product for sure. Tastes pretty good and it does relax me after a stressful day at work. The tension you feel in the head gets relieved by both the white wine alternative (Take the edge off) as well as the red (Wine down).Note: I said it relaxes me and gives a stress free sleep... won't make you high or anything. Had to take away 0.5 star for price and some doubtful green blemish in the dropper. It may be nothing but discoloration from dried organic compound in the tincture, but I'll wait for a response from Apothekary before adding the missing star!

I started using just three or four drops a day of this, and it really did help in terms of calming my anxiety and even helping me sleep at night, however, what I did not expect was what would happen when I stopped taking it. I felt like my anxiety came back 10 times as bad and I felt super jittery and awake all night for several nights in a row. It felt like I had just had 10 energy drinks or cups of coffee. I also noticed while I was on it that it did make me start to have some hot flashes which I was not having anymore even though I’m considered perimenopause. Every time I started these drops, the hot flashes would come back and whenever I would stop the drops for a few days, the hot flashes would go away. While I liked the effects of these drops and it did help me with anxiety and sleep, I just don’t know if the severe aftermath issues I am going through when I stopped using them are worth it. I can only speak for myself, but if you suffer from problems, sleeping and anxiety, I would just be careful going on and off of these because it could amplify the anxiety considerably when you stop them.

Not sure if this product actually does anything. I’ve tried it a few times when feeling overwhelmed and didn’t feel like anything changed with my mood or energy levels. Doesn’t taste great alone but tasted fine when mixing with other drinks. Wouldn’t purchase again.

I’ve gone on a 60-day dry period but still wanted to have fun with mocktails. I was really hoping these tinctures would be ideal to be out at social events and still enjoy having a glass of “wine”. I’ve tried the red and white versions of these tinctures and both taste like nothing. Nothing at all. And I drop 2-3 droppers of the tincture into a full wine glass. If I drop it directly onto my tongue, it’s very nice. Subtly sweet - like pear and honey. Wish it was stronger in a full glass of water! I also don’t notice a calming effect. I’m going to try adding some Kava to engage the flavor and calming effect. For zero flavor and zero effect, these are extremely overpriced.
