    • Great value, beware compact keyboard/glitchy touchpad (to me), comes with office 365
Two major issues that sadly might make me return it but its a really really gorgeous and smooth-running laptop. I say sadly b/c it's pretty great otherwise. First, the keyboard is "compact, numerical" so everything is shifted to the left about one key's worth in space and the shift button is . its driving me crazy b/c i type fast at work and this is my casual computer. I like the keys though, great feel. And, if you are wanting a computer with the numbers off to the right then this is the one, maybe. Oh, perhaps another small suggestion is to consider it only has one older but still used for evetything usb but it does have the usb c. Second, the touchpad is really bad at scrolling. Ive had thiis a week and thought maybe i'd figure it out but the settings are two finger drag like any other laptop. I am kinda mad at myself for not seeing the keyboard compact style but honestly who really sees that up front. But the touchpad iskind of a deal breaker. Honestly, i'm bummed out b/c the lcd screen is amazing, the app integration was so flawless, etc.. I have an apple phone and it works pretty well with the microsof t phone app it comes with and there are tons that work with this computer. That's another cool thing, it integrates with apps but it's not by any means a chromebook. So for 200 and microsoft office included i'm really on the fence for the return. perhaps i'll keep it and use for printing, watching movies, etc. and just keep it on my desktop and use my mouse and usb keyboard. ... show more

This is a surprisingly good laptop! It has enough power, memory, and storage for even many power-hungry applications. The keyboard is decent and tactile, and the monitor is clear and clean. Setup was a breeze with easy network connection. For the price, this is a great machine.

Item is super cheap, and it crashed twice before loading the os. Trying to surf the web also caused it to freeze even with 12gb of ram

I am giving 2 star for bad experience I need a laptop for work and bought it and the box come brand new empty with just a charger, the only reason is 2 star is cause I had to wait two weeks to buy it again just can show up, had good reviews and has 12gb ram which I was looking for cause the price was very good, besides that overall look good work computer and good graphics for everyday needs ... show more
