The touch screen stopped working, this was the second one I bought from this brand for my kiddo. I thought the first time it stopped working that maybe it was just wear and tear but with the second one he was extremely careful and the touch function stopped all together. The return window had passed so we couldn't return it. Would not recommend.

So, I bought 2 of these tablets for my kids (7 yo and 3 yo) for Christmas. So far, it's been going well. It can move kinda slow once in a while where I get questionable. The other thing is setting it up. For some reason, setting up my kid's Google accounts took me 5+ times to set it up on the tablet. I'd keep getting a "system error" and I'd have to start all over. It got frustrating when I had to do it over and over for 2 tablets -- BUT eventually, I got in. I love the Google Family Link feature. Being able to track what apps my kids are on for how long and setting time limits from my own phone. It does NOT come with a screen protector. You'll have to get that separately. I do love the case on it. It's fell to the ground multiple times and the case kinda just bounces or lightens the fall. It's a good tablet for kids really. My 7 and 3 yo are opposites as to what they're using it for. One likes to play games, the other just likes to watch YouTube. So this tablet gives that freedom to make it to the child's liking.

This is the first iPad of my three-year-old kid. It comes with a charger and cable and excellent packing and arrived on time. The screen size is perfect, the sound is good, the battery life is good, and there is a nice support at the back of the iPad, which the kid loved. They can play and keep gadget on the table so they enjoy the most. It is not a bad deal for the price. I am looking forward to buying for my other son.

Paid for 4 of these for my kids and had for two weeks and one had a bad battery and stopped working. They were nice enough to send out another one free of charge so very nice customer service. Then we had another one go out with a bad battery. I wouldn’t recommend these I would look elsewhere. They aren’t very well made tablets for children. Had a bunch of issues within the first two weeks of purchase.

I bought this for my son that started the TK. He loves it. In particular, he spend time to do all the different learning games. Also, as parent I like the fact that I can manage what category of game choose and how long he can use the tablet. I am really sure that the time I allow him to stay in front of the tablet will help him to develop speech, reading and writing skills. Also, I like the cover that is flexible and protect it from breaking or scratches. The settings are easy too. Practically my son loves it and me too.
