I have a Fisher stove thar is not supposed to need gaskets, however I could never close it up enough for a long slow burn. This thin gasket did the trick. Close one door measure the gap and fill it with this material. Now we can heat all night, not overheat, and not rely on propane. We have used 2 face cords of cheap light wood (poplar) this winter. I was suspicious of a peel and stick adhesive however it seems to hold up well. I burn about 350 degrees.

My pellet stove was letting a small amount of smoke leak around the bottom of the door glass. seems the door bottom is 1/8" lower then the rest of the door so I needed to use one short strip under the rest of the door gasket and now it's smoke free. well pleased buyer!

The product is as I expected. Cut it to length and applied it to my stove to seal around my door. Couple days later it fell off. Good thing I have some stove cement left over. Applied the cement and spread it over the material & reapplied to the stove. We'll see!

My biggest concern was if the adhesive backing was going to hold and it has. I’ve been using my stove every day for a month now with it, and it is still holding good. No signs at all of it letting go.
