I used this product many years ago i purchased it in Sally’s beauty supply When i applied step one the solution was the perfect consistency to apply then my hair would become hard as a rock After rinsing it completely out i used step 2 the results were amazing This product i purchased here Step one’s consistency was like water which was dripping down my face and neck which became extremely sticky i had to put a shower cap on Also i did not become hard like it used to I rinsed it out and applied step 2 the results were mot even close to what it was when i used it from sally’s Step 2 i use a a conditioner it works well but step one i will not ever use again ... show more
