I fried my hair by bleaching and dying my hair 4 times in a week🤦♀️. I ordered this after ready 100s of reviews. I received this yesterday and did the first treatment last night. You can see in the first few pictures how damaged and it looked like elastic and rubber bands and it was squishy feeling. Then you could see in the next two pictures that's wet how you cannot see all of the damage and the elastic looking, and then the last picture with it dry you could see how it's all gone. I can actually run my fingers through my hair and it feels like baby hair it's so soft. I would highly recommend this to anybody that has damage to their hair. ... show more

Yes! The negative reviews are true but there’s a catch, it’s only at first! Yes my skin burned at first when applying it, on my neck and around ears and forehead. I applied the two step treatment and after washing out I literally could NOT get a comb through my hair. It was dryer than it’s ever been before and was massively tangled. I thought I had ruined my hair at first. After reading online I was concerned maybe I had “protein overload” but what I realized is this stuff is heavy duty repair. You HAVE to condition condition condition. The two step treatment needs a serious condition. So, to me personally their moisturizer conditioner just wasn’t enough. I began using some other conditioners in addition to this one and I did not comb my hair after as it was impossible to do. I finger combed as best as possible and let my hair drip dry overnight. I was worried, but upon waking up my hair felt the softest it’s ever been. Within just a day or two of deep conditioning I was able to comb my hair better then I did before this treatment. So the trick to this stuff is condition!!!! Condition! Condition!! I promise don’t freak out if it’s dry feeling, weak, brittle, and you can’t comb through it…condition over a few days and then your hair will be softer and stronger than ever! I originally left a bad review but after some research I figured out I needed to condition my hair a lot more than the two step conditioner could offer, after I did that my hair was amazing! I would buy this again for sure. Remember to only do this every 6-8 weeks for extremely damaged hair you don’t want to have protein overload. If you have bleached or relaxed hair this WILL work. Don’t be afraid of the negative reviews just remember, finger comb, drip dry it, and condition the crap out of it, maybe even for a few days. Your hair will end up better then you can imagine, and you will notice no breakage! So yea the bad reviews are the true but only to a point! You have to know what you’re doing!     • Leaves your hair feeling smooth
After using the products my hair felt incredible smooth. The only downsides are the protein treatment bottle is a little small and will not last long if you have a lot of hair and the moisturizer kind of has somewhat of a chemical smell to it.

Growing up my Mother was a Beautician and I remember her using this on my hair when i was a teenager back in the late 80's. Now I'm using on my teenage daughter's hair. I wish I would've remembered this stuff long before now. I could've saved her hair a long time ago.
