My first day using this & am pleased that its 3.5 inches width fits without pinching my "muffin top" parts. Soft but strong with well sewn seams so it should last. Easy to put on although the Velcro is so strong I would have appreciated longer pull tabs to help me detach the stuff. Many of us who need these things are older & have hand strength issues too. The existing tabs are only 1/2 inch long but should be at least 1 inch or even longer. I'll have to insert a hook into the short tab just to detach the Velcro. Will update after I've used it a while. Comes with handy storage bag (or maybe to use in wash) & tiny brochure illustrating & describing hip stabilization exercises.
