4.5 Stars. This review is for the 10x12 shed. Quite pleased. Arrived in 3 boxes via FedEx. The packaging was pretty good. I had a couple roof panels dented a little on the edge but they were easy to bend back into shape. Assembly will take you a full day or two half-days. It took a friend of mine and me two half-days (8 hrs total) because in Florida we can only work until noon because of the heat and the sun. You will need a level surface. It must be perfectly level. Also, make sure once you assemble the rails for the base, that it is perfectly square. You must measure it diagonally in each direction and make sure the measurement is the same, or once you start assembling it things will not line up. I didn't have any problems because I made sure it was square in accordance with the directions, but if you blow this off, you will have problems. My only complaint is some of the screws were a little short, and also be careful to not over tighten because you could easily strip out the hole that the self-tapping screws go into as the metal is not the thickest in the world. I would recommend to the manufacturer to use more nuts and bolts than the self-tapping screws. They do give you plenty of extras. Definitely have a screw gun or electric screwdriver. There are literally hundreds of screws. My last roof panel didn't line up with the pre-drilled holes, and I had to drill my own holes, but it was no big deal. Sometimes it's better to not tighten all the screws all the way until you get all the rest in, and then you can go back and tighten everything down to give you some wiggle room for adjustments. I added some extra screws on the ridge vent, as there is not much holding it on. Also, if you live in a windy area, you will have to come up with your own beefy hold down system to your concrete pad or wooden base mat. The floor this comes with is not intended to lie onto the ground, you really should have some plywood or concrete underneath it. The assembly direction booklet was pretty thorough. It's all pictures, no written directions. If you're mechanically inclined, you should have no problems. Overall, I'm happy with what I got for the price and am satisfied.

It's a nice shed for the price. Was pleasantly surprised the color is taupe, not the buckskin pictured! It was tedious putting together, but we expected that. All parts seemed to fit together well.

We are still in the process of assembling this. The directions are horrible - unless you like looking at pictures and trying to guess which way you're supposed to orient a part to match the pictures. Everything appears to be labeled well and it will work for my intended purpose (a cat shelter and feeding station). The metal is very thin and can be bent by hand, so the few places where the corners are bent have not been hard to fix. But the directions are awful! Some of the holes are a bit too small for the screws so we had to drill those out (<15 so far). Storage will be perfect for my needs and it will work well for the purpose intended.

For $400 this should be better quality. All the panels were warped had to bend them back the tools sent with it kept bending. And with the floor it’s not 6ft tall. Do better. If I didn’t really need it I’d send it back but I need it & can’t wait on a new one.
