This shirt is actually a sports bra- it has excellent support and removable pads. It is thick stretchy cotton-like material that is nicely compressive without being suffocating. The open back makes it more breathable (and extremely cute!). I fall squarely between a small and medium in just about everything and the medium in this fits perfectly tight. I only cold wash and air dry this as I don’t want it to shrink any. Other reviewers have problems with how short it is but I find the bottom band to be tight enough to keep everything in- I am smaller chested though. I could see how better endowed women may have some trouble with getting everything to stay inside. I have my eye on this and will definitely buy other colours if/when it goes on sale.

Great quality overall and I get lots of compliments when I wear it at the gym. I’m a C cup this offers enough support. My only complaint is the padding slides around like crazy, and I have to adjust those and bottom of the top so my chi-chis don’t pop out. Might not be for larger breasted women. But a little underboob never hurt anyone. 😅

CHEST - 33-34 INCHES WAIST - 25 INCHES Fits perfectly. Super soft material. Great for working out. The girls didn't come out when doing upper body. I was bw the XS and S. The XS fits EXACT. The small was a little big on the waist, which annoys me.

I got the medium taupe-ish brown color. I am 5’3, 117 lbs and the XS it be perfectly. It basically fits like a bra with short sleeves. Great support. I usually hate cup pads but I actually like them with this top, it makes it very flattering.

I didn’t realize it came with pad inserts which is amazing, that way you don’t have to ruin the nice open back by wearing a bra. Although I might replace the circle pads for triangle pads so it’s a bit more seamless. The material is soft and thick, so the white one isn’t see through whatsoever. It fits nice and comfortable but tight so you don’t have to worry about it riding up while working out. I love it so much, def getting more colors!
