The media could not be loaded. I love these adjustable Aotob weights, they're a perfect addition for anyone with a home gym. Adjustable weights at around $2.20 a pound is a steal! I've done a lot of research on adjustable weights lately and they typically range from double to quadruple the price of these for big name brands. These are very cost effective while also maintaining phenomenal quality. Unlike other adjustable weights these change from 11lbs to 55lbs in increments of 11 in seconds! Not only that but each weight is securely held. I don't have to worry about the weights falling on my head like others that have snap individual adjustments. They come with a rack that holds them in place and have a flat bottom on the weights so you don't have to worry about them rolling away either. You can also use them for assisted push ups and the handles have nice soft grip so you don't have to worry about them cutting up your hands or needing to wear gloves. The only real con is that the adjustable increments are 11lbs. However, I found you can simply remove one plate from the rack if you prefer an odd increment of say 16.5lbs instead of 11lbs or 22lbs as each plate weighs 5.5lbs. Multiply by 8 plus 11lbs handle gives you 55lbs. Lastly I love how the plates are tough steel and not those bulky plastic plated plates you see on some name brand adjustable dumbbells that look and feel cheap. 5* I'd recommend it to everyone from beginners to pros.

I liked it was easy to dial the weight, but I did have a bit of trouble putting them in their bases to switch the weight. It was a matter of lining them up properly. I had to pause my workout due to that. I liked that the grip is rubberized so my hands don't rub like the metal dumbbells do. I liked that I can have a variety of weights in a compact area, and for traveling.

For the concept of space saving they work great- so far so good with durability and I have had them for about2 1/2 months- my only complaint would be they are a bit bulky because of the slots for the additional weights- other than that they are well constructed and easy to use

First off, these came perfectly packaged and really well protected in styrofoam. They're very well manufactured and I'm impressed with the quality and sturdiness. My only wish would be that they had a more shaped handle like the colored 50lb set, but I know you can buy sleeves if these prove too uncomfortable. I considered the 50lb dumbbells and I'm very glad I opted for the smaller set. This set is 14.1 inches in length, while the 50lb set are 16.5 inches in length. The colored 50lb dumbbells that allow for 5 lb. increments are 18.5 inches long, which I imagine that could feel cumbersome with heavy weights. Unless you're into body building, these 25lb dumbbells are all you need.
