Top Amazon Reviews

  • Must read review. Must read review.
Color: Yellow
Ok im a person that only writes reviews if something is amazing or if something sucks so much i would never buy again. Well after reading tons and tons of reviews and going back and forth for a month I finally decide hey lets give it a shot I can always return it. So let me tell you. Best decision I have ever made. Basically most of the reviews said putting it together is the worst part, taking them endless hours to build it yada yada yada. So when this beast got left at my door step this morning at 9am I brought it in and then pondered for 30 mins if I should give it a try or wait for my husband to get home later tonight. Bare with me this might be a long review but it will answer all your questions. I put it together in about 45ish mins. Yes the instructions are a little off but not something you cannot understand if you can read. Not rocket science I promise. It goes step by step. I opened up everything layed it out and slowly started putting it together. The wheels came w air so I dont need to fill them up but of course I'll have my husband double check if they have the right pressure before I take it out for a spin. They lock into place easily and come of easily if you need to fold it down to fit in your car. A lot of reviews said they didnt put the wheel protectors because it makes it wide which i agree if you are putting it in your car that might take up space. If you have a suv or truck it will still fit with them on. I have a Ford Explorer it will fit with or without it no problem once I fold it. Ok so to fold it basically all you need to do it take of the handle bar where you hold it to walk or run which takes literally a matter of seconds and then a bar that holds the back of the seat. Which again litereally take seconds. So if you have trunk space like I do you do not need to take the back or front wheels off but if you have a smaller car you will need to take back and front wheels off which again will take seconds. I tried it. So in a matter of a min or 2 at most I had it down and folded and ready to be put in my car. I got this for my 1 and 3 year old. Mind you my 3 year old is a big tall all muscle kid. We are getting ready to go for a 3 week road trip and will be stopping in a lot of diff places and walking around. I have a sit and stand double stroller but my 3 yr old could only sit not lay down if he passed out so i wanted something that he could lay in and pass out with his brother while we are out. I didnt get a regular double jogging stroller because again he is a big kids and most likely his feet will be out and in case it rains I would need to get proection which this comes with a mesh cover and plastic cover. So I'm all good to go. And you can not beat this price. I would be easily spending at least 100 if not more to get everything. Plus this is a bike stroller so if we rent bikes somewhere im covered with this. Plus this is 2 in 1 bike and regular stroller. This should be an easy choice. I put them in and walked around the house and they both absouletely loved it. Didnt want to get out. When i pushed it, it was easy didnt feel like I was breaking my back. The front wheel does move around or you can lock it in place to go just straight. Depending what or where you are. Not a problem again take seconds to do that. Ok so it does come with break I read somewhere that they didnt work. Hmmm weird I put them on they work fine. You just have to put them on all the way. I put them on half way just to check and ofcourse it didnt go anything then I wwnt back and out them on all the way and yup they work. Again you just have to twist them on. They also sent an extra light which I can put on the hndle bar I think that one was free..love it and another light which is for the bike when your riding. Let me tell you the hardest part I came across is opening the dam bike light to put batteries in. Lol I still cant open it so my husband will be helping me with that later tonight. Lol. Hope this helps guys. If you are thinking about it get. I havent taken it out yet but I didnt read any bad reviews about hpw it runs. So I'm sure it will be just fine. I will update if I see anything wrong with the way it functions in a few days. But if you all dobt hear back from me. Then know all is good in this household. Oh and I ordered it Thursday night it said it would be here Tues but it came sat morning. So less then 2 days techinally lol. Yass. I will also post pics.so make sure to look. Btw I think this review took me longer to write or at least feels like it. Lol cheers guys. ... show more

  • Best Online Purchase I have EVER made....
Color: Yellow
I have never written a product review but felt compelled to do so for this. I love it! Absolutely worth the money. I was saving the buy the name brand version at a hefty price tag of over $800 and went to make sure it was right for us. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and they were cramped into it and would clearly out grow it immediately. I went home and order this right away and am extremely glad I did. I ordered it Saturday night and it was here Wed morning. It is large but if you are trying to put two children in it, they fit very comfortably. I took the other reviewer's advice and left off the wheel guards as I am using it as a stroller right now. It is very well balanced and super easy to push, I am not a runner but on our first trip out in it I started to trot and was impressed at the ease of doing so. I had a very nice jeep running stroller that was not this easy to push with one child in it. The stroller makes it over curbs and rough terrain when we cut through trails just fine. One very nice plus of this is that they have lowered the floor for the children's feet so they can actually sit and not just lean back. That was another issue of the more expensive brands, the feet of my 4 year old had no where to go. There is storage behind the seat which you can access from the rear of the stroller, about 2 grocery bags in size. I have not used it on my bike as of yet, but it pushes through the leaves and snow just fine. There are a few minor drawbacks, one would be the brakes are not great which is not an issue for me but my husband pointed it out. My biggest concern is the harness, super lame. My two year old squirmed out of it almost immediately so I will have to reinforce it before I hook it up to my bike. On the plus side, it is easy to assemble (my 4 year old does it), it assembles quickly, and it folds very flat. It fits in my Prius trunk area no problem and slides under my child's toddler bed. I am more than happy with it and very satisfied with the quality. I will be sure to post an update after I use it with my bike. =) ... show more

  • Great trailer
Color: Black
I did a lot of looking around and reading reviews on bike trailers, and decided this was the best for me and the best price for what I was looking for. When I got it I laid the parts out and couldn't find the instructions so I figured I'd go ahead and put it together and if needed google what I couldn't figure out. I get back 85% done building it and unfold the cloth top and out falls the directions. So I back tracked and verified everything was right (I had to fix a few things) but they defiantly helped to speed the process up. Once it was all together and hooked to the bike I looked at it and thought, that's small. There no way my boys are going to fit in there. Well I load them up and it is a little tight but they are not complaining because they want to go for a ride. While on the ride I did notice the wheels area little wobbly, but I figure its from the design. You slide a metal piece into the frame and use a quick disconnect/connect to secure it in place (It is a solid hold though). Then I noticed if I started to bike too fast the trailer would move side to side. so I just slowed down a bit. All together it is a solid trailer. it performs well on road and on dirt paths. I'd give it 5 stars but I feel with the wobble in the wheels and a few pieces I had to bend a little bit to fit I have to knock it to 4 stars. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a 2 child bike trailer. Also to note, in the back under the cloth cover there is a decent storage space to put items. I don't recall seeing or reading about it in the description, but it is there. ... show more

  • Perfect fit for our active family - biking and running!!!
Color: Red
I absolutely LOVE this bike trailer!!! Let me tell you - I was VERY picky when choosing one. I needed a bike trailer that would also serve as a jogging stroller. I have two boys; ages 3 and 6. The 6 year old bikes on his own, but rides in this trailer after he gets too tired to keep going. We biked 8 miles the other day and he was able to do 3.5 of that. When he was tired, I actually strapped his bike on the back of this trailer with bungee cords and he rode inside. It was great! I LOVE the adjustable handle and that the front wheel swivels; this is great for the use as a stroller. This is the perfect stroller for the zoo, fairs, leisure, and running! I LOVE that the front wheel is where it is; rather than the long arm (that attaches to the bike) with a wheel attachment. When used as a stroller, the bike trailer arm folds underneath the trailer. When used as a bike trailer, the front wheel has a nice spot in the back (outside) of the trailer. I feel like every detail for this trailer was well thought! Here are the key features that I was looking for in a bike trailer/jogging stroller and this one hit EVERY SINGLE ONE!: Doubles as a bike trailer and jogging stroller Seat is NOT a sling! It is a nice bench style seat! I LOVE this!!! Adjustable handle Inside pockets for my kids to store things Good size storage in back for cargo (snacks, blankets, toys, etc.) Roomy enough for two children Swivel front wheel that also locks Nice quality and easy to put together Truly, I feel as though if you are considering this bike trailer/jogging stroller - GET IT! It is a fabulous value for the money and has it all!!!! ... show more

  • Awesome!
Color: Orange
I love kid bike buggies. This is my 3rd one. The cart I had before this one was very similar and seems to be the same but sold under a different name. Looks like they made some improvements. The Velcro in the front goes the whole width which is nice. The cart has a rack on the back so you can carry the 3rd wheel when you have the cart attached to your bike. This is nice when you bike somewhere and then want to use it as a stroller. The brake system works like actually brakes and is nice. I love the design of these carts and they are very durable. I have a 3 yr old and 6 year old riding in it and it holds up great. I was disappointed that the fabric on the bottom of the cart was not thicker. I wore through the fabric on the previous cart. I also did not care for the cheap lights that came with the unit. you can find much better lights for low price online and I threw the cheap ones away. I do not understand the 2 clip bolt system that attach the bike attachment arm. The cart comes with a nice seat cushion but with kids it slides right off as there is nothing to attach it to. The seat belts also have clips instead of buckles and they easily slide out of the harness padding so you have to always be messing with it. that is a real disappointment. they should have buckles not clips and it should be able to slide easily out of the padding. Makes buckling kids difficult. Overall, I love the cart. It is great behind the bike and as a stroller. It can hold larger kids which is great. ... show more

  • Very poor quality trailer, terrible customer service
I bought this trailer on Amazon based on a few great reviews it had and cheap price. The most basic Burley trailer is at least three times more expensive. Unfortunately, in this case you get what you paid for. The trailer looks and feels poorly made. It is unstable and can be tipped over easily. None of the brakes worked, which I later noticed was also other customer's complaint. I contacted Aosom Direct company about defective brakes in this trailer and they told me to ship it back to them. I paid $70 dollars for shipping (it is big and heavy), and now the company refuses to reimburse my shipping expenses. Every time I contact them, they just keep coming up with different excuses. First they said I didn't tell them right away the item was defective. When I demonstrated that I did, they asked me if I have a picture of the defect. How can you have a picture of brakes that just don't brake? Finally they told me that not working brakes are not considered a defect in this product and refused to comment any more. So in the end after wasting $25 + $70 on shipping this useless Aosom trailer back and forth, we had to go with Burley trailer. It is expensive, but has none of the problems of Aosom trailer: it is sturdy, very well made, nicely padded and comfortable. Most importantly both of its brakes work perfectly well - which makes it suitable for any use: jogging, rollerblading, or biking. I would never buy again from Aosom Direct company, they are unethical and don't care about their customers. ... show more

  • ... it in on time and the box was in good condition. The right side break was broken which ...
I received it in on time and the box was in good condition. The right side break was broken which I'm not planning on using the breaks but it's the idea of it being broken. The front wheel when in the lock position is at about a 30 degree angle and not locked in a straight forward position. I Don't plan on using it in the locked position as I plan to use it for a stroller but again it's the idea of it not being right. My granddaughter just turned 3 the day I got it and her head touches when she leans forward. She has to keep her head all the way back to keep from touching. It does seem to be sturdy. I did have to inflate the tires before using it. The instructions are terrible but with common sense you'll be able to figure it out. It's not that hard to put together as long as you don't try to go by the instructions. The instructions are skipping some things that you need to do. Neither the instructions or the box came with any information about the seller's phone number or any contact information. I had to Google it. I was automated to a hold position for about 5-10 minutes and than was hung up on. I called back and the same thing. If I were able to get replacement parts I would give it a higher review but so far nothing. I can still use it without the parts that I need but I may not be able to use it for very long because of my granddaughter's height. With that I may need to sell it and would like it to be in working condition for the next user. There were also 2 lights that came with it and they were useless. There were no instructions on how to put in the batteries and as I pried open the back light with a knife, it broke and the front light button doesn't work. I don't remember seeing anything about 2 light coming with the stroller so that's not a big deal. The side rails are a little hard to fit on as they are not quite at the right angle and it takes a little extra strength to fit them on. It did have padded shoulder straps however the padded part doesn't stay on the shoulders, you have to keep sliding them back up. I think the picture is a little off because there doesn't seem to be much on top for shade. My granddaughter's head is almost all in the sun. I took a blanket to throw on top for more protection from the sun. It does turn and push with ease. It has some spring to it and makes for a good ride. The handle bar is adjustable. I probably won't use the flag but if you do, I'm not sure how well it will stay in it's slot. I did take the advise of someone else's review and tied down the brake cables as they almost drag the ground. I was a little disappointed that the top is velcro all the way around and not permanently attached. It does have a nice cargo area. So with all the +'s and -'s I had to give it a 3 star. If I can get the replacement parts I will make it a 4 star. ... show more
