Couch was overall estoy to put together. Did it all by myself and took about an hour and a half to assemble. I had to manually screw in the screw with the tool they provided which added 30 min to assembly. Manufacturer needs to put holes at least long enough and narrow enough so that it catches to the wood. Other than that the couch is great. I love the firmness of it which is what I was looking for in a couch. The pull out bed portion is easy to use and is on wheels. This sofa is pretty and stylish. It looks good. BUT it is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. It is the hardest most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. I am only keeping it because it will cost 200.00 to ship back. I purchased a 3 inch mattress topper to use when it’s in the bed position. It still is hard. I am currently trying to figure out how to get some kind of topper for the top of the sofa when sitting. This is what happens: You sit on the couch and for a few minutes you are fine but then soon you feel like you are sitting on a board. I weigh less than 130 pounds so it is not my weight making it sink. I will never buy another sofa or chair online without sitting on it first. I got this couch because I needed something small for the house. However the couches very uncomfortable. It's very hard. Not cozy to sit in it. It's okay for like decorating space but to sit in the couch and to use it for everyday. Definitely not

For the price of the couch and the $200 shipping fee I was disappointed that it came broken. It was still put together as the damage was on the back side, but just would have expected more for this price. The sofa bed also seems to maybe have some damage because it gets stuck. Way too hard. I bought is cause another review said it was so soft. It's not. I might as well be sorting on a wooden bench, it's so hard. Was a pain to get into my apartment and really hard to put together. I can't lift it by myself in a way to slide the connectors together. As soon as I save enough money, I'll be doing into a store so I can get the softness first, and this will be going on the dump. This is perfect for a small apartment. However, it was dropped off in the front of the apartment complex. Apartment is on the second floor. I had to find help to carry it to my apartment, and I just moved here. Is that typical?

This is perfect for our new space . We ordered beige and its true to color. Very pleased. Put the couch together pretty easily, however am I supposed to use a hand drill to put the feet on the arms? It shows where they go, but there are no visible holes in the fabric?
