I’ve had the heat press for 3 months. It worked for awhile but will no longer heat up. The company website does not work either to troubleshoot or get parts to fix. Press should have lasted longer than just a few months. Not worth the money spent.

We ordered this because of the huge difference of the Cricut Easy Press. Like others have said we figured we'd give it a try, and if all else failed, return it to Amazon. Someone in a post mentioned you have to put the base together so we were prepared for to do some assembly. They supply a small screwdriver, but it's worthless. You really need a small drill or driver to get the screw into the post underneath. My wife how is super handy couldn't get this together, and I initially couldn't and was ready to send it back until I looked closer at how it goes together. Even then the screw didn't want to screw into the post without some pressure, which I was afraid to apply for fear of breaking the post or the base. A pre-drilled hole in the post would help if the company is looking at these. Otherwise worked well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I titled my review “It Shipped Fast!” because it was the highlight of my experience purchasing this product thus far. Just received the Aonesy Heat Press in the mail today. Took it out the box, plugged it into my home power source and NOTHING, no light indicating power, no reaction to me pressing the power button and no further instructions stating “in the event of” steps and procedures. I’m not even sure how to contact the seller because they didn’t include a customer service number or email just a place to leave a review. So here’s my review and contact request to file my complaint. I’m upset because I was ready to get going on my t-shirt brand and have to possibly return the device to get another and waste time. Not Cool. 👎🏽 Attn Aonesy Customer Care, due to my device not working I give this product a 1-star rating and a thumbs down. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me about a replacement device or a refund. Thank You. ______ UPDATE: 07/14/2020 After posting my review I was contacted by the company who issued me an immediate full refund as well as replaced the device for free. purchased this based on all the great reviews and great price for the this item. it arrived and unboxed it and had a small blemish , contacted seller to see what i should do about it , hadn't used it at that point just waited for response They asked me to test it and worked perfectly with the iron on sample they sent with the order no issues with functionality of device. they issues me a additional discount due to the blemish. they care about their customers and i know i will purchase from them again. they were very responsive and i love it , works great and is a game changer for making shirts for my family compared to a normal iron ! ... show more

I was using a household iron to put HTV on shirts…I’m glad I decided to get this heat press. I can set the right temperature that my vinyl requires… no too hot or too cool. The base was easy to put together, but you will need a Philips screwdriver… not the flat head screwdriver that comes in the box. ... show more

This worked great at first. Was easy to use. Heated well then after about 20 iron on over a few months completely stopped working. So now it's trash.

I tried it out yesterday and I used a cricut iron on vinyl on the testing shirt they provided and it peeled of easily. I ended up cancelling my cricut heat press order and bought this product instead becasuse it's cheaper and faster shipping! My only concern is that the cord is peeling and I'm not sure if it'll cause it to stop working in the future(I hope it doesn't). ... show more
