First of all I have to commend the group that is responsible for packaging. This is by far some of the best instrument packaging I've seen since DJI products. I want to give that group of engineers a two thumbs up for their beautiful, all out remarkable packaging and logistics to package size. When you find the product with an outer sleeve that's that tight and then a crafty box internally that when you open you find a piece of foam, that thrills me. A finger slot is placed in the foam to pull it up and out of the way to then witness a nicely packaged, in another beautiful compartment of foam bed, so nicely presented....... astonishing! My biggest complaint with this gimbal is that, on occasion, it will kind of have a mind of its own and pan or tilt very quickly, which is not great for keeping video stable. If I am not having it focus on a particular subject, then it should just stabilize the video, not decide what it thinks I want to be looking at. I haven't quite figured out all the features yet, but, for the basic functionality, it's solid and relatively easy to use. The control app is decent, but far from spectacular, and the included instructions are not thorough. Most of what I have deciphered has been through trial and error or online videos. Really more of a 3.5/5 ... show more

I love this Gimbal. I purchased for hiking but also for our small business. We create custom live edge slabs and wanted to make some reels and this is perfect for that. I am able to use it handheld to record others or I can use the tripod and record that way as well.
